Great guys to deal with. I have used them for over a year now with complete satisfaction.
Nice people but didn't tell me everything up front since when do you rent a piece of equipment for two days almost 800. Then when turned in they say you went over on hours only allowed 8 hours a day then you pay overtime looks like they just find a way to keep your deposit

I have done business with Rental Pro for the past two years. Recently, they just serviced my Mahindra tractor, fixed a hydraulic leak and added ballast to my back tires - the service was excellent. Shawn and his team do an awesome job! I highly recommend Rental Pro, London, KY.

Had heard they done quality work so I trusted them to repair my fairly new tractor. That was almost three years ago... still no repaired tractor or so much as an explanation that makes sense. I feel like I have been robbed and cant count the amount of money I have lost due to having no tractor. I do not recommend using this business unless you want to just give them you equipment. And for the record the repair was in my friends name Marietta Combs. They still have her tractor after 3 years

Called Rental Pro mid-day on a Friday to rent a hardwood sander. Was told a sander was available for rent for entire weekend. Gave credit card, drivers license, phone number, etc. to rent the sander for the weekend. Agreed to pick up sander around 4pm. When I arrived, I learned the person who took my reservation flagged my request as a quote, not a rental. Store rented all of the sanders to other customers and did not reserve one for me.
Doug Jones, who handled my reservation, called me the next day and apologized for the incident. I respect his effort to contact me and offer to fix the issue. I will give this store another chance. Their business does seem to offer a wide range of rental equipment.
