Glad I found this place! They have everything and staff is very friendly and went above and beyond! Gautam waited a few minutes after they closed for my husband to get there. Bought the Blanco sink I had been looking at elsewhere and they had it in stock.

I had an issue from an online purchase. Rose (part owner) called me personally to rectify the situation as customer satisfaction was her utmost priority. I was able to get a full refund for the product. Thanks Rose for your stellar customer service! I would've purchased a different product as we still need a few things for our bathroom remodel due to her on point service but couldn't find what I needed. Her costume service could be worth me driving the 4hrs to get to the store while headed elsewhere.

An outstanding costumer service. The place is absolutely stunning and peaceful. The selection is very luxury and chic. There’s a lot this store is offering such as flooring, cabinets, vanities, mirrors, lights, many different tiles, shower options, and even have its own team to come out to do measurements. The hospitality was great and welcoming and make you happy to be remolding or building during an expensive process. And not to mention the store was very clean.

This place has everything for kitchens and bathrooms. A lot of options. You will not be disappointed at all. No rush service. The owner is fantastic. They have remodeling consulting for free. They will measure your home and design your bath and kitchen. They also have e trusted contractors They can recommend. They offer several options for cabinets and tops. Great boutique service cheaper than the big box stores!! Fast shipping is also a plus..

I was very impressed with this store as soon as I walked in their door, as well as appreciate all the assistance that Guatam has given me over the past couple of months. I was updating a kitchen and purchased the flooring as well as countertop from here. Everyone loves how the kitchen has turned out. I will definitely be back when update another room.

Its an overwhelming task searching for all the right textiles to use to remodel a house let alone a kitchen or breakfast nook. However upon entering build my place I met Story, he assisted and guided me through the process of picking out flooring , tile , he listened to my concerns and he knew his products . I cannot say enough good things about this place and Story . Their prices are pretty much the same when price shopping. Will definitely be returning to get my lights next!

I went there to get my backsplash. Rose and Jay were so awesome in helping me get all the supplies I needed and I couldn’t be more pleased with how my kitchen turned out! I highly recommend you stop in and ask for them when doing your project! BUILD MY PLACE is a great option of great selection when looking for ideas. BMP is wonderful new option for Louisville shoppers!

We found this place by chance, and so glad we did! We we're met up front by the owner and he was so helpful and patient as we searched for just the right items in this huge store with amazing selection! We found a great deal on the perfect bathroom sink...they had lots of options on sinks, vanities and awesome lighted mirrors! Bought unique faucets at a great price. And received helpful advice and suggestions from one of their designers, Story, who showed us wallpaper samples and ceramic tile ideas for our commercial bathroom remodel. We will definitely be going back and telling folks about this place!
