Jamie and his team were great to work with on my kitchen project. The project included taking out a large load bearing wall and taking the kitchen back to studs. They were able to finish the project timely and very professionally. The communication throughout the project was above expectations and I will use them again for my next project. Love my Mohawk carpeting from Conner’s Kitchen, Baths, and Flooring (Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY!) Great quality carpet & pad at a reasonable price. And their carpet layer team, (Carlos and his two helpers,) were outstanding! They are a local business; I would use Conner’s again any day!

Conner's delivered yet another top notch job for our house today. We used them about 18 months ago to replace the carpet in our living room, and when we approached Rob to replace carpet in three other rooms of our house, he and his team excelled as they installed beautiful carpet in our home today. They were truly partners throughout the entire process.

Workmanship was good. The flooring and cabinets look real nice. They did a great job updating my whole kitchen. My biggest issue is with the appliances I bought as a package through Conner’s. The dishwasher showed up at the home shrink wrapped, not in a box, which was the first red flag. Then the plumber installs it with the slide for the top rack being in pieces and just saying , oh it’s broke and we’ll fix it. We’ll guess who had to take off work to meet the repairman at the house to see what part needs to be ordered? Then, I had to schedule a time with him once the part came in, and take off work again. If it was broke before it was installed, then why even bring it?? When the repairman was there, he asked if I paid full price on it because he had to bend the frame back in place for the door to close properly and work! This was all after Conner’s had to replace the microwave because it stopped working after about 4 days!! But at least that was done an a Saturday morning when I was home. They finally got the right water hook up kit for the refrigerator after about a week. Not a big deal but added a little fuel to the fire. I feel like after the appliance debacle, the only thing they were concerned about was getting the balance of the invoice paid. Looks good and workers at the home were professional. But 3 stars best for overall experience.

Conner’s did a fantastic job with our kitchen remodel project. We are thrilled! The products are good quality and they guarantee their installation. Jaky stayed in touch with us every day and answered all our questions or concerns with professionalism. Jamie was also very responsive. We plan on using them again with our bathroom remodel.

Not going to mess up their good ratings, the reviews don't lie, they must do great work, so 5 stars it is. But I decided not to call them for a bathroom and/or kitchen remodel estimate when I saw the review from the lady that said her $20k budget was not enough to get any projects done. Must be high priced!

If you are looking to remodel your kitchen, look no further!! I received several estimates prior to reaching out to Conner's. However, after speaking with the owner Jamie, I knew this company would be the best fit. During the initial consultation Jamie listened to what I wanted and did not try to sell me on any unnecessary improvements. I was also impressed by his design skills. He created a virtual mock-up of several different designs to meet my needs.
During the demolition/remodel process, Jamie and his team were absolutely amazing. They were all professional, patient, courteous, on time, and communicated with me daily to provide updates. I never had to worry if they were going to show up. They were also very eager to accommodate any inconveniences to help make this process as smooth as possible. I am absolutely in LOVE with my new kitchen!!! I will be recommending Conner's and using them again for all home improvement needs.

The whole Conner's team did an amazing job for us on our bathroom remodel. Very hardworking tradesmen and everyone always showed up on time or early. Project manager, Jaky, kept me updated with phone calls every day without fail. Jamie (owner) was a pleasure to work with and helped bring my vision to life. Would recommend Conner's to anyone!

Best contractor we have ever used, hands down! From the initial appointment to the final product, we could not have been more pleased with the way our kitchen and dining room turned out. Jaime, the office staff, and Israel and his crew were professional, prompt, and all around pleasurable to deal with. Any time we had questions or concerns, they were addressed immediately. They dropped off a care package with paper plates, utensils and napkins before the work began, and did a deep clean once the work was complete. Every single day we received a phone call with updates about what had been completed that day and what the plan was for the next day. We highly recommend them to our friends, neighbors, and anyone else that is looking to have remodeling work done on their house.

This company is amazing, I am searching my mind to describe the outstanding service we received from Conner. From the day Jamie walked into our house we where convinced that his company is exactly what we had been looking for, for months. He was very professional, informative, and honest. We had no idea what we wanted or what was available on the market. Jamie lead us through the whole process, and provided the people to do the work, (who by the way were outstanding). We had visited at least 4 other companies looking for cabinets and asking them to move and add new appliances. Each company told us we had to find our own, plumbers, electrician, and someone to remove old cabinets and appliances. Connor’s gutted the kitchen, renovated the bathroom, added a Butler’s pantry and closet in just 12 days. The new floor and cabinets are absolutely beautiful, they added lighting, electrical outlets, pullout shelves, organization inserts, and a farm sink, which is absolutely beautiful. I Love What Conners did for our family. I wish I could post the before and after pictures, so you can understand what I am talking about. Thank You Jamie, and the Connor’s staff. Everyone was wonderful!
