My condominium board hired three fence companies to give estimates on aluminum gate repairs. Miles fence estimate, was definitely fair and affordable. The deciding factor amongst the three companies was the “customer service”. Jay, Izzy and Darryl were professional, helpful and kind. They did a great job, in a timely manner and went above and beyond what we expected. Our condo community has another fence project coming up and we definitely will call Miles fence again to handle our new project.

An honest assessment. Pros, Miles had the best price, and was very knowledgeable about there product. The installation is just as I wanted it because the installation crew took time to listen to my concerns and needs. My installation looks great. Also clean up was far better than I expected. My job included removing old fencing and a great deal of digging so I was very surprised at how clean they left the site. Cons, Comunication. We all now there are always delays on special orders and they where very upfront with that, but there could have been a little better communication between the office and expected starting date, completion date, and arrivals of the installation crew. Overview, I will use them again. I will reccomend them to friends and neighbors. My wife and I are very happy with the outcome. *Note the pictures of the black gate is an add to a 20 year old existing fence. I really cant believe that they were able to find a gate that looks so similar to the original fence.

Called Jay at Miles fence for a quote and he was very responsive. Came out within couple of days to give me a quote. He was my third quote. I chose Miles Fence bc their price was middle of the road and I liked Jay’s demeanor and presentation. He was very up front about the delays in receiving supplies right now and I appreciated and understood that. When my fencing material finally arrived, Jay was prompt in letting me know and scheduled my fence installation around my work schedule.? Edgar was the gentleman that installed and also removed our old, ugly wood fence. He did an absolutely wonderful job! One day installation and I was pleased as punch. It’s an amazing transformation and was well worth the wait. I’ve posted a before/after photo taken as Edgar was cleaning up one side section of my yard. I HIGHLY recommend Miles Fence Company and would definitely use them again.
