Had a plumbing issue involving a dripping shower head with new house we bought. Knew I had to replace the stems behind the handles, not sure what they’re called, due to the gaskets on them being worn out after 44 years. Have looked around online, went into every hardware store around, and couldn’t find anything. The shower parts also had no pieces of information regarding brand or anything, which made the search even more difficult.
Got here at 7am on a Friday morning when they opened, went through the showroom to the parts desk with the valve in hand. Guy took one look at it without even touching it, and knew exactly what brand it was, what size, where they were in the warehouse, etc. He came back with 2 knee valves for 15 bucks each and now the shower doesn’t drip anymore. Wonderful service, and obviously have actual professionals working. Highly recommend and will be back for any plumbing needs I have instead of wasting time trying to search myself.
Sue was amazing, she is very knowledgeable and helpful, she went above and beyond to help me despite me having little to no information to work with!

Have had multiple times I was looking for a specific part & nearly every time they find what I need. In one specific case a custom faucet needed a new stem & this specific st3m was not in their inventory but ended up finding it some place else for me. In other cases they found everything I needed.
Order on the phone & by the time I arrive the parts are ready & waiting.
Very very rarely do I ever get the wrong part; Always been on point.
Staff are amazing; on the slow time when it's only me at the counter we spend time in conversation. Not often especially in retail that you see a crew function at the level like this one does. Atmosphere is amazing!

I had to find a unicorn of a part - something discontinued a long time ago that doesn't seem to exist in most of the country - Rick at the East Louisville location was such an amazing help and Paul was also a great help in getting it shipped out to me. This company has won me over, if I lived locally I would use them for everything plumbing supply related. Thank you all so much for your help!!

Toilet broke and called several Plumbing Supply places. East End Plumbing Supply was the farthest, but wow- what customer service! I explained what was wrong and the part I needed (per the manufacturer). They had me text a photo of the part, then explained that I only needed a smaller piece and that I could probably get it from a closer shop. I was happy to make the drive to give them the business, and I'm happy to write a review, which I rarely do. When do you come across such thorough and honest customer service these days? When I got there, everyone was friendly and generous with advice on how best to fix my toilet. Thanks Paul- you guys are great and I will go to you for all future plumbing needs!
