We just had an issue with our air unit. My Fiancée called and spoke with Mark. He was actually on vacation and took our call anyway. He gave us instructions on how to fix the issue. I am forever grateful and will recommend this company to everyone! I wish I could give 10 stars.

Very happy with the service Air Comfort provided! We have one of those geo-thermal air systems and nobody would or could help.. so frustrating.. I was referred to Air Comfort and SO glad I called! I had an appointment scheduled the next day and they even contacted me early saying they could come sooner! The tech was prompt and explained multiple options to me and explained everything in a language I could follow(I don't know a thing about Air Conditioners) I am totally satisfied with the service we were provided and I will most definitely use them and recommend them! Thank you SO MUCH!

We had a great experience. Our AC went out during the hottest week of the year (of course). We called another local HVAC/Plumbing business not only did they state they couldn’t fix it that day but they said our 7 year old unit probably needed a 10,000 full replacement. Ridiculous. We called Air Comfort, they came out next day and repaired it in under an hour. One small part was broken the unit was fine. We will never call anyone else, this experience was perfect. So Air Comfort of Kentucky installed my Mitsubishi unit and then recently did some warranty work on it. I must say they have been a pleasure to work with. They stand behind what they install, Cody in the field and Minday in the office, both very professional!

Mark was the epitome of generosity and professionalism. Our neighbors AC unit came on while he was working on mine, he noticed that it sounded very rough. I called my neighbor to let them know. Mark took a look and it ended up being nothing noteworthy. He put their unit back together without charge and finished fixing mine.
Highly recommend to anyone needing a trustworthy skilled technician.

Two gentlemen came out today and completely restored our AC. They worked for hours in the heat with a smile on their face and never complained once. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend their services! Thanks again!

Cody was very professional and thorough. I spent tons of money with Tom Drexler and things kept breaking. Air Comfort has better service and a better warranty than anyone else.

I live in a 111 year old well made old house with a 35 year old added on sitting room / bathroom with underfloor heating under tile and a rudimentary system, defunct, that needed replacement. With incredible determination and analysis, he has set up a new system that works: a 13X13 ‘ handmade tile bathroom off the master with warm tile, heavenly on bare feet. I am very grateful.
