Zach communicated really well and let me know he was on his way and sent reminder text for the appointment. I also liked how he took the time to explain what was wrong with my HVAC and explained timeline of system as far as possible issues down the road. Highly recommend Air Support Heating & AC repairs for their great customer service as well as their professionalism and care they took during the entire time they were at the site.

My AC was struggling to keep up with the summer heat, so I started looking for a solid local company to call. I started looking into the top 3 and I decided to try Air Support even though they are a younger company. My call was answered quickly and they scheduled me for few days out.
The tech showed up on time and gave a complete diagnosis of the system. He gave a solid assessment of the system deficiencies, developed a plan to fix it, and a checked with me at each step to make sure I was comfortable with the repair cost.
My unit is working much better now. The tech was thorough but fast and I will be using Air Support in the future.

Air Support Sent Out a Young Man By The Name Of Dalton To Work On My AC Unit This Morning He Was Kind, Polite, and Very Knowledgeable He Definitely Knew What He Was Doing. But Because Of Circumstances Out Of His Control He Was Unable To Finish The Job at Hand, So I Cut Out The Middle Man (a Home Warranty Company) and The Owner Zachary Is Going To Help Me Take Care of The Situation . Honestly I Have Never Heard Of This Company Before a Few Days Ago but What I Do Know Is That They a Great Group Of People and The Company Itself Is Just as Great, If You Need Your HVAC System Worked on Call Them Before You Call The Commercial Companies.
Follow UP On My AC, After Kicking Choice Home Warranty To The Curb I Reached Out To Zach From Air Support He Came Out Quoted Me Price On a New AC Unit and The Deal Was Done!! Yesterday 6/5/24 I Had The Honor of Meeting Mike and Bryson Who Installed The Unit and Air Handler and I Can’t Say Enough About These 2 Young Men They Were Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Very Professional and They Got The Job in a Timely Manner. I Was Thankful That After One Month Without AC I Finally Had My AC Up and Running Again! If Anyone In The Kentuckiana Area Is Looking For a Great Reliable HVAC Company Reach Out To Zach With Air Support I Can Promise That You Will Not Be Disappointed.

Wonderful and Grateful! We called on Friday and Dalton came out same day. He was very thorough and communicated everything he was doing. Dalton made sure we were completely satisfied with his work before he left. We had been looking for an honest and fair heating and air company since our guy retired his company. I highly recommend using Air Support, so much so we signed up for the maintenance plan!! Thank you again for getting us up and running.

Contacted Air Support for a second opinion and was pleased to hear that I did NOT need the $5000 repair job the other company quoted me. Zach was upfront, honest, sincere, and professional. He completely explained why I did not need the repairs and reassured me that my system was functioning properly and efficiently. Would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for quality HVAC support.

I called on Air Support when I encountered some serious A/C issues. I was greeted promptly by phone and within hours, a technician was sent out. Before arriving, I received a text with his name and picture. Long story short, the overall experience was exceptional. They were prompt, courteous, informative, professional and friendly. Love this company. Came out for a free estimate and came out just a few days later and replaced our AC and furnace in only a few hours. All the guys were very friendly and professional and really knew what they were talking about. Everything is working great. We are extremely happy with their work. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

I had a furnace and A/C inspection done without the high pressure sales. Kyle explained what condition things were in, and at 20 years old I knew I needed to make the investment. They were very responsive, respectful and kinda like my little Brothers :). I feel comfortable knowing I have a 10 year warranty, I get a tax write off for an energy efficient system and I know these guys will be there if I need anything. Just make the call, you’ll be glad you did
