Update (after four days and some higher outside temps). Well I knew I needed a new system. To be honest I knew this house needed a new system when I moved in 8.5 years ago. But I had no idea just how much that was true. I had rooms that would simply not stay cool in the summer (not warm in the winter) but I figured that was something about the duct work and a new system would have little impact. Well they increased the power a bit with the new air handler fan and my house is cooling (yes that alone is awesome) but also evenly. :-) 93 today and the house is perfect. Again thank you and I am just sorry I didn’t call you earlier. ********** My first experience with C & L was maybe a year ago. I had been using a different family owned business but sadly they sold out and the new owners tried hard to rip off my Mom. Luckily I was involved in the process and found C & L. :-). They got my Mom’s system in southern Jefferson county fix and corrected a lot more that was wrong and still saved her a fortune. So this past week when I needed work in Jeffersonville I contacted them. They gave me a great deal on a new full Trane system and it only took a week to schedule because I requested the extra time. The new system is in and running and the only bad part of it is that now I know how much I should have replaced the old system a couple years ago. lol. Thank you C & L for a great job done.

AC stopped working during a heatwave and called C&L Tuesday morning for an appointment. They were able to squeeze us in after another call. The tech came out and diagnosed the issue - motor and computer board replacement. Since the heat pump was 20 years old with the old Freon (they had installed that one as well), we opted to just replaced both inside and outside units. They were able to do that the next day. All the techs were professional, polite, and left no mess. Absolutely appreciate them working so quickly to not only come out on a last minute call but also replacing the unit the next day during these extreme temps. The new unit is working so much better and efficiently than the old one.

Great company!!!! My HVAC started acting up late at night. Had a smoky smell going through the vents and the unit was blowing hot air, which prompted me to shut it off. Chris and his Team came by the next day and looked at my unit. Very knowledgeable and informed me on the two parts I needed. Everything was handled the same day. Glad I did not need a HVAC replacement. Chris said if there’s any issues with the unit again, to call him. Glad I went with this company and will be using them for all HVAC issues. Thanks!
