Darren has been helping us this year troubleshoot our issue with our HVAC. He is always working really hard when he’s here and does a great job. Y’all need to give that man a raise! Seriously though, if you need your HVAC fixed call Chapman, there’s no better service!

Th service was great as usual but my only issue was the fact that we bought these units less than two and half years ago and although parts were still under warranty labor was still charged. I completely understand that a professionals time should be compensated, but there was an additional $95 for the maintenance…..to unclog a pipe that took 10 minutes. It just seems very expensive for a unit that is less than 2.5 years old and I’m confident that If the repairs had been free or at least reasonable my recommendations to my friends and family would have resulted into a much greater revenue stream long term.
Regardless, it’s working now…..so……I guess that’s good….its just kind of ridiculous.

I have been using Chapman for years and they never disappoint. They communicate well, are always on time, fully explain their servicing and instructions, and are highly competent and professional. In today’s world, they’re like a breath of fresh air!

Alex does a splendid job with our semi-annual maintenance/inspection. Chapman has excellent notifications as to who will arrive and at what time. They even provide a photo of the service technician. Excellent process.

A huge shout-out to Darren for performing our annual furnace maintenance. He was available, punctual and thorough. He also displayed respectful behavior with his cleanliness throughout the job. We chose Chapman for a reason. Their technicians never disappoint!

This company is garbage do not use them they left my unit open left no screw around me when call and talk to owner he does not care just act very smart say my people been here for long time plz do not use them and whatever they diagnose was wrong 4 out of 1 think was wrong please everyone I will not suggest this company specially the owners of this company Not recommended other people supper good I will not recommend them
