Came out on a home warranty claim. Fast, efficient, friendly, and informative. Mike, the tech did a fantastic job. If I have a claim again to even if I don’t I will go with them again.
Tyler came out to check what was going on with my AC and figured out exactly what it was, gave me a variety of options for a fix and was super polite, professional and very friendly. Definitely recommend him and this company for your needs!!!

Poor customer service. I have been waiting to get my air conditioning repaired for two weeks. The service technician was supposed to order parts two weeks ago and never did. The parts were just now ordered today, two weeks after my service call. There was no report sent to my homeowners warranty regarding the part either. The technician closed out the call as completed and didn't repair anything. No one is following up with me. I have to keep calling them to get any information in regards to this. The technician also reported that my unit is underneath my home, which is a lie. It is in the backyard, near the patio. Someone is lying and making up false reports and not doing their job. I am highly dissatisfied with the service and the way that this is being handled.

Our technician was very nice and explained what he was looking for and what could cause our issue with our AC unit. He was able to resolve the problem very quickly and explained what we could do to help prevent it. Highly recommend this company they are quick and efficient.

AHS assigned Fast Response for the tune up we ordered. The tech was friendly and told us we had a leak but would need to put in another service call for the repair. No problem at all. So far I’ve paid Fast Response $1500 for non covered repairs 2 weeks ago and was told parts would be in by this past Friday. I called was told I would get a call back to schedule, nothing. I called again and left a message, nothing. I guess the warranty and the contractor got me. Lesson learned.

I am very happy with Fast Response Heating and Cooling. The technician that came by to do the service today, Mike is great. He's very polite and professional and was respectful of me and my home.

Mike, our technician, arrived right on time. He was both professional and courteous. Diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the solution in such a way it was easy to understand. We were very satisfied and would definitely use Fast Response Heating and Cooling and Mike again. Thank you for a job well done!

AHS sent out Mike from Fast Response Heating & Cooling to do the annual inspection of my A/C. Mike was thorough, friendly and professional. I would recommend Fast Response Heating & Cooling.. Mike also showed me how to replace my furnace filter and gave me instructions on how to keep my unit outside clean for efficiency. Thank you for your kind and thoughtful service.

Let me just say Roman did great. After calling my home warranty company and finding out this was who was coming, i checked the google reviews. Anything with "home warranty" was a majority 1-star review. Roman came out and diagnosed the problem as an improper install from previous owner and suggested a new system. Roman knows what he is doing and did a great job at explaining what was going on. Looks like the 1-stars were more of because the warranty company sucks rather than this company. I saw some they were late reviews but Roman gave me a call saying he had a cancellation and could be at my house in 5 mins. Amazing customer service!
