POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BRIAN! called on a Monday. It’s now Friday. Still waiting on a call back. When I called on Wednesday to get an update he said “yea I’m busy I said I’d call you when I get it, cause I’m busy”. Still no call back. Thanks Brian.

IDI is the best local support you can get. While we focus on spray foam, we also have needs for traditional insulation when needed. This is your one stop shop. Nate is able to advise, home owners and DIY remodelers, on local codes and best practices. We have been thrilled to have a great guy like Nate to support our needs and Louisville's full service and locally owned insulation contractor.

Nate is the most responsive and hard working guy I have ever delt with! Yesterday I ran out of spray foam chemical and Nate had a new set delivered to the job site within an hour! I would give Nate and his team 10 stars if I could!

Energy Savers had a job to do on a Saturday spraying thermal barrier. What we had in stock had been sitting around for awhile and was bad.But we didn't no until after IDI was closed.
Nate took time away from his family to meet us at the warehouse.

Isenberg spray foam has been buying from IDI for about 4 years now. Vern and the office staff has always been a pleasure to work with, anytime I need anything from material to special order products they always come through in a timely manor. I will always use IDI for there competitive pricing and quality services.

My dealings with Vern, Jeff, and Raul have always been great. Vern gets me spec sheets, msds's, and any other data I may need for architects or engineers in an extremely timely manner. Jeff gets me out the door with what I need quickly. The only complaint I may have is sometimes the head office up north isn't opened on EST and the local branch has to wait to make a decision. Overall I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Thanks
