I just recently had Certapro Painters of Kentuckiana, owned by Lee Sapata, install a speckled Polyaspartic floor in our three bay walk-in garage. His crew, Steve, Armando and Samuel, installed the new flooring over the existing concrete floor which was around 40 years old. They ground out the oil stains and then, through a series of solvents and coatings (to make sure the oil stains would not “bleed through”), provided a new floor which now resists oil and other stains, will not crack, and will provide unlimited years of service. Maintenance of the new Polyaspartic floor is now easy…stains of most any type will wash off using dishwasher soap, ensuring that the new floor will remain vibrant for many years to come. For a walk-in garage, the epoxy floor will undoubtedly be a real selling point when we sell our home. We will far more than recoup the costs of this project.
Certapro also painted the garage to match the “Wombat” floor color selected.

I unqualifiedly recommend Certapro Painters of Kentuckiana for anyone considering the benefits of a garage epoxy flooring system. They were professional in all respects and cleaned-up after their work was completed. When visitors now walk through our garage into our home, everyone notices the beauty of this garage area.
Jose Chavez and his crew were fantastic! They were meticulous in prepping our exterior for painting. Jose met with us often to update us on the progress. It was great seeing the crew enjoy working together. You could tell they took great pride in doing a fantastic job. Highly recommend Jose and his crew.

In our history as a business we have always been the type to "do it ourselves." But we had a large paint project to paint the whole outside of our building and some large containers so I figured I would just get a quote and then still do what we always do.
Shawn Wooten came out and was so professional and helpful with all the extra steps they take to make the paint last and look great, and you could tell he truly cared about the project and the end result. Asked all the right questions and addressed all my concerns. He was so professional and knowledgeable that I could tell talking to him that this was definitely going to be too expensive. Well it turns out I was pleasantly very wrong, not only was the scope of work more thorough and of higher quality than we ever could have done, but the pricing was less than I could have had my own maintenance team do the work.
I would tell anyone who asks that if you need some commercial painting done, you have really done yourself a disservice if you don't talk to Shawn and get them to give you a quote. You won't find a better team to work with and more passionate representative to meet with.

I highly recommend CertaPro painters. CP has painted both the interiors, and exteriors, of the 3 homes we've owned and lived in over the past 10 years. They are well managed, and well organized (Vicki is the best!!!) I have a home based business, and they have always been accommodating and work around my schedule. I'd like to share my most recent experience and explain why I now know that hiring the right painters truly is an investment.
We purchased our current home 1 year ago, and of course, had it appraised. Over the course of the past year, CertaPro has painted nearly every interior surface, including tile floors and cabinets, throughout the house. They also, painstakingly, sanded the concrete floors in the basement and applied epoxy. CP also made repairs to cracked plaster, and 1930s wallpaper. As I write this review, their crew is outside my home painting all of the exterior trim, gutters, and downspouts.
Last month we reached out to our mortgage holder to request the PMI requirement be removed, citing our improvements (paint, etc). Today, we received a letter stating that based on the interior/exterior photos received from the appraiser, that our home's new value meets the requirements for the removal of PMI...reducing our payment. The value of the home increased 49% within 14 months.
The appraisal report specifically referenced the painting improvements. We have made no upgrades to baths or kitchens. Upgrades primarily consist of paint, lighting, and some landscaping. I do understand that the market, comps, and other factors have worked in our favor as well. However, it is most apparent that the investment we made hiring CertaPro has paid off. Take my advice and choose CertaPro......

I couldn’t be happier with the work CertaPro has done. In 2020, I had them paint my dining room, living room, bathroom and master bedroom. Most recently I had them paint my nursery. I worked with Lee both times. He came out and measured the rooms and sent me an estimate. He also provided guidance on color choices.
This most recent time Benjamin painted the room; he was very polite and professional. He also cleaned up once he finished.
In the photos attached the blue room is the before and the creamy yellow is after.
I also included a photo of my living room. I love how the teal accent wall turned out

Ben and Antonio were amazing. The rooms are done, faultlessly and quick. They were quiet, polite and meticulous. Thank you! This was the second time we have used CertaPro and we will definitely use them again.

Elvin and his crew went above and beyond with our exterior project. They were thorough and prompt with any necessary touch ups, even finding spots that we initially missed. Lee was a great production manager who helped with every step of the project. From the beginning, he was responsive with our needs, even providing us assistance with a color consult to ensure the house looked exactly how we wanted. We love how the white he suggested pairs perfectly with the blue we chose. We could not have asked for a better experience and will be utilizing their services in the future.

CertaPro associate came to give us an update estimate for painting the inside and outside of the house. The weather is not so great right now, so we scheduled for the inside to be painted. They said 3 days, but that turned into 5. We have a 4-bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, 2900 sq. ft house.
The workers took care to cover our belongings, but my husband had to remind the crew to re-do areas that needed touching up. The crew was 4 people. I think they needed more help. Overall, we are happy with the paint job, but it took longer than expected expected. I’m just glad to be in the cleanup process and have our house back.
Also be aware if you try to pay for the job when finished, they charge 2.5% for using a credit or debit card. .. which is an extra $150. We mailed a check.

I’ve used CertaPro three times now to paint the exterior of my Victorian bungalow. It’s a special job since the house is over 120 years old and has a three paint color scheme. It takes a lot of care and attention to detail to get it right. CertaPro has always sent great paint crews with a crew chief who really cares about the quality of work. I will reach out again to CertaPro when I’m ready for touch ups. Vicki is very knowledgeable and easy to work with also. A very good experience for me.
