Jorge got us all set up and Tyler came out within an hour to spray our home and treat for pests outdoors. They both were very professional and not pushy at all! Very fast and effective service as well as professionalism! Would recommend!!
Aptive service representative does a great job. He always checks in upon arrival and asks for any existing issues. He then tells me the plan of action of the visit. He took pictures of the areas he treated.

Always love my hair appointment days! I feel like a million bucks after! Audrey is so knowledgeable, educated and informative! I feel so lucky to have found her! My hair has never looked better!

Tiven, did an excellent job of spraying my house. He contacted me early and arrived on time. This young man was soft spoken and knew his job. He sprayed both inside and outside thoroughly. He will be a great asset for Aptive. Well done Tiven.

I just moved to the new place and the sales person hard sell the service to me without providing a detail explanation of the plan/service agreement. He told me that I just need to pay the difference between the standard treatment cost and the discounted initial treatment cost. I only learnt that there is a $199 fees upon cancellation instead of the cost difference which is a huge disappointment. So, make sure that you read the fine print before signing the contract.

I loved how knowledgeable the sales person was who came to my house. He answered all of my questions. The company uses safe plant based chemicals and doesn’t harm the honeybees or pets which is important to me. The technician Ni who came out was thorough and very professional,and put me at ease so I must say so far so good with this company! Best of all they get rid of the pests so I can have peace of mind☺️

Ava was amazing! She was very thorough, kind, respectful and such a pleasant young lady. She was very detailed in her work which began outside with getting down all the cobwebs around the eaves and windows and then spraying around the house and over the entire yard, also in our mulch beds where bugs can really get comfortable. And then she came inside and did a great job inside. We are very pleased with her work and hope that she will be our technician every time they come out.
