Kenneth did a wonderful job today. He explained things to me better than they’ve ever been explained before. He was very detailed, and I felt assured that the problem was taken care of.
Priced fairly and carry the big brand name. Treated for what I wanted and then some with pet and kid safe pesticides. Followup visit covered another issue I just started having without really even asking at no cost.
The pro that comes out to treat your property is state certified and has way more legit training that I expected. Very happy with the service.

John was great to work with for our flea problem!!! Explained everything and very nice. The two women I spoke to on the phone were so friendly and informative!!! Overall very happy with our experience!

I will never be using this company again charge me 371 dollars to come remove a baldface hornet nest and left the hive laying infront of my basement door just sprayed it some knocked it halfway down left the rest I could have done this my self for cheaper then the gm is acting like it's no big deal I have pictures and video of the hive with the live larva and a few wasp ready to join the world before I killed them with gas and a container

Mr Sprengeler was my service specialist. He did a very good job on my first service and explained everything good that he was doing. Very nice gentleman the company should be veryhappy to have him. Was a way better experience than with past company I am replacing with this new service. Overall very pleased with the first look at this company. Keep up the good work. Thank you

The service part of our experience was great! The inspector seemed very knowledgeable about our situation and I felt confident we would be taken care of. The technicians we interacted with were all very polite and respectful of our home while they were here. The main issue we had was communication. I felt there was a major disconnect between the information relayed between the inspector, the technicians and the person in charge of scheduling the service. After our inspection I was given a date for the service to be completed so I took off work to be at home and no one showed up. I called mid morning and they said a technician would be here that afternoon. They showed up around 3:00, started working and realized they were not prepared to complete the job so they had to reschedule. We scheduled for another day (so I again took off work) and no one showed up that morning so I called and they said the inspector was coming back at 4:00 that day (no work to be completed). Inspector came back, adjusted the work plan and then rescheduled us again. We then were finally serviced. We were not kept up to date on what time someone would be here or who would be arriving like we are normally notified for our monthly services with emails, texts, etc. We love our monthly service from Orkin but we may not be a returning customer for any other major issues in the future.

Orkin has done a great job keeping our home-inside and out-free of pests. Technicians are well trained, friendly and attentive to detail.
