Highly Recommend! I got my hot water tank unit replaced with a tankless unit. The entire process from quote to finish was simple, timely, and professional. Mat and Hunter did a phenomenal job and was sure to walk through everything and answered my questions confidently. Worth every penny!

I called on Saturday morning when the hot water was out. Dauenhauer made it a priority to see us on Saturday with no extra fees. Robert showed up, got our hot water back and priced a new water heater. We scheduled for Wednesday and Robert was awesome taking care of us. They came in the timeframe they said they would, gave us a price quote, dealt with the issue, and referred us to a restorative company to further correct the problem. Andrew was very nice, professional, and told us in a way that was easy to understand what we needed to do to fix the problem. I highly recommend them.

In the last 2 weeks we’ve had Daunhauer to our house for duct cleaning, a plumbing issue and a coil clean. Tiffany, Robbie and Jacob are truly awesome at what they do. Each expressed a high level of professionalism, they’re all so friendly and they all are knowledgeable and open in sharing information about the job they are doing. The repairs were made to my satisfaction and I was given a detailed explanation on each step and why recommendations were made. The pricing was very very reasonable. It was time to replace our old heat and air. Why don't they last forever like they used to? Anyway, Jacob J. Came out, went over everything with us. Gave a good price. They installed the next day! Brandon came and he was good. He knows what he is doing, did it quickly and neatly. Went over things with us. It is almost the same as what they took out so not much teaching was required. I liked that he was ready to answer any question.

Very professional and informative. Michael and Donovan were friendly and knowledgeable. It was an emergency situation, and they were quick to resolve the issue. In the interim, while waiting to properly fix it, he gave me as much water as he could, which meant I was still able to shower. I appreciate the great customer service and patience they had with all of my questions. I would 100% recommend this company, especially my technicians.
