I would like to thank all American pools for all of their help with my pool they went beyond and above to help us out can’t say enough about their service guys thank you thank you and also thanks to Dawn and Becky? All-American Pool, put our pool in 28 years ago that’s how you know they are doing something good to still be in business keep up the good work guys♥️♥️♥️ would highly recommend them

We bought 16 x 28 expandable pool by Dough boy from them 3 1/2 years ago, we are on our 3rd liner replacement, the first 2 were due to errors in installation from the beginning, now our seam was leaking on this one, had it taken out, now they won't return phone calls to get an installer out to put it in, it has been months of phone conversations saying they will talk to installer and call us back. Our pool is still sitting empty June 6, 2023 and again called, same repeat conversation! If your going to sell EXPANDABLE LINERS you should service them as well.
We have purchased 3 liners from you, the last liner #4 we got from Skippers, only because you had NO idea when u could get it in! Shame on you for treating your customers like that, you sold us this Expandable, now you have no one to service it, again, shame on you..lol..call the number you list, i have everyday, u give us the run around or dont return calls as you say!! And then say installer will contact us..we have left several messages with no response..u are in the HALL OF SHAME!!!

Had an older liner replaced by All America. Completely painless process. Timelines, costs and ordering processes were well explained at the beginning. Communication was great from the front office. The install crew were efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. Would highly recommend

All America Pool has outstanding service! My pool pump wouldn’t start up this year. I contacted them for repairs and they were able to get someone out the next day to troubleshoot the problem. My pump is now up and running and I am very grateful for their service. All of their employees are kind, thoughtful, professional and responsive.

If we could give a negative number we surely would.
Put down a $2,965.70 deposit for a new liner on May 18th, 2022.
Multiple dates set up for measuring, draining, prep work with no show and no communication.
All communication started with us, the customer.
Finally after 11 months we asked for a refund and received it. No attempt by the owner to right her horrible business practices or keep what could have been long term customers.
It is our experience that if the owner is talking or typing you can believe it is a lie.
Happily moving on with a company that understands the importance of all customers.

Been a customer since 2020.
Purchased our pool during the hype of COVID and shortages. Michelle made an in-person visit to measure our area we’d like our pool. Gave us options to choose from. We ended up going to the Dixie Hwy location and working with Alyson H on what was best for us and our budget.
Made purchase in May 2020 and installed Dec 2020. While this was frustrating it was out of their control. Michelle and Alyson kept us in the loop as much as they could.
Since installation we have continued to use their services for opening and closing our above ground pool. While we are just outside the Shelby Co area they still service for us. Kudos to that.
Rick T and Michael W are AMAZING men. Know their pools and willing to answer any and all of my stupid questions. They took the time out on their fist visit to explain the pump, the chemicals and all - I took notes. Rick T is prior military so we always have conversations due to us being Veterans ourselves. I look forward to their 2 times a year visits to service the pool. They are great.
Dawn O has been AMAZING with communication via email and phone. She is quick to respond and is very helpful.
Thank you All America Pool & Supply for making our summers so much more enjoyable.

We moved into our home 10 years ago and discovered that All American installed out in ground pool. The owner came by and walked us through everything that pertained to the pool and gave us invaluable info. We have used them to replace the liner and buy all of our supplies from them. They are always so helpful and friendly. If I could give them 100 stars I would.
Sorry it took me 10 years to write a review. We appreciate everything that you do and will be forever customers!!
