Suntime West Pools Middletown location is the best place to go for all your pool supply needs! We also love their selection of Green Egg supplies, which makes it a one stop shop for us! The girls at the Middletown location are always sweet, fun, helpful, and so knowledgeable (especially Robin!) on the chemical and maintenance needs of our pool! This locally owned store will always have our business!

Best place to get pool supplies AND anything you need for your Green Egg or smoker. Everyone is super helpful (especially Rhonda!:) and they will test your pool and spa water for free. They carry chemicals, filters, cleaning supplies, floats…you name it!

I love this store. My family and I have been using SunTime Pools on Shelbyville for the last 3 summers. The ladies are always in a good mood and fun to talk with. They are quick, polite, and knowledgeable. Granted, sometimes Amazon is cheaper and they'll even tell you to get a product there sometimes, but I'd prefer to purchase it at this store. It's 2024 and good customer service is hard to come by these days. I needed a new Dolphin Pool cleaner. I just purchased one from this store because they do their own warranty / servicing on these units. It beats having to pay shipping to Maytronics to have them fix it. My kids enjoy coming to the store to get the water tested because the ladies are always kind and polite to them.

Instead of feeling like a chore, it's an enjoyable experience thanks to the staff's helpfulness and attention to detail. They always provide insightful advice to ensure my saltwater pool remains clear and running smoothly. I've also used their pool service, and it's top-notch. I came in to get a replacement o-ring and they assisted 3 people that came in after me first, because water tests apparently have priority. I believe you should be assisted in the order in which you arrive. Further, I’m 8 months pregnant and had to stand around for 10 minutes hoping they would acknowledge me and help me buy the part I needed, which could have easily been a 1-minute transaction.
