Top notch customer service on all departments that I’ve dealt with but very happy with my recent tech service call with Thomas W. I had a issues with my iq panel2+ getting fried in a power outage and had to buy a new one he was very knowledgeable and friendly plus he went out of his way to make sure everything was working correctly for me even with some account issues that he took care of. It would be a pleasure to have to do service with him again! Thank you alarm grid for employing great people like Thomas W.

I had a problem with my security panel at one location. Short wait to talk tech service. Thomas W. was the rep I spoke with. Hopefully if you have to call in, you will get to talk with him. He was helpful and knowledgeable. He also was able to give me direction on products I need for expanding one of my systems. I double checked their prices against Amazon and theirs was better plus after the sale, if you have issues they know exactly what you have and how to troubleshoot. Their monitoring is the best value I have found. I have been a customer since 2017. I have three businesses that are running security systems from Alarm Grid. All around, I would recommend this company for hardware and monitoring service.

The customer service is the best, and I have saved thousands with the self monitoring service they provide. I would definitely recommend Alarm Grid to anyone wanting to be involved or DIY any state of the art alarm system. Thanks to Freddie for his recent help swapping out a bad sensor remotely.
