Monitoring company is unprofessional and rude. If CARE wants their business customers to support them then they to make sure whoever their partners are understand CARE security’s mission

Scott Nussbaum does not seem to CARE about how his behavior online reflects on the business. Frankly, I wouldn't want someone like him touching my car with a 10ft pole.

My Business partner and myself are neighbors to Care. We all get along, and while running a successful co. They manage to have employee cookouts on the holidays, and some nice days at random. Good people.

I have had so many problems with my alarm. I have had the system for 2.5 years....over the past 2 weeks my alarm has been went off 6 times. They call me....say they are dispatching the police when it has been faulty equipment the entire time. I have had a technician come to my business twice the past two weeks and they say they have “fixed” the problem. Clearly it isn’t fixed they call me all hours of the night. I am so OVER them that I have said either it gets fixed or I am going to rip the equipment off of the wall. I am so tired of being bothered at all hours of the day only to find out their equipment doesn’t work. I feel as I can’t even set my alarm without a false alarm going off and disturbing my neighbors. I don’t recommend them...spend the extra money and get ADT to save you some time. I will be heading that direction in July.

I have been a customer since 1994. Their customer service has always been outstanding.
Their techs are friendly and knowledgeable; and they resolve any issues promptly. I would highly recommend them.
