Had a great experience with Usher and their technician Wesley. Nice guy and pleasant. He serviced our 12 year old GE whole home unit. Very thorough and honest. TRI State had been doing it and they are awful and not trustworthy.

Very professional from start to finish. From sales to installation, had one little glitch at initial installation they were back very next day and addressed the issue. Highly recommend !

You will be happy you called Usher...so knowledgeable and honest. When they leave, you can rest a sure, your equipment is in proper working order.. Such nice folks from the office to the crew that comes out to do the maintenance.
These days, folks like Usher are few. So happy they came to our rescue.

I haven't had my install yet, but the process has been seamless. Kelli and the staff have been very helpful in navigating everything.
Installation was great. The staff were amazing!

Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor , on time finished on time cleaned up after themselves explained the operations in detail of my new Generator and very polite !! Usher Inc is awesome!!!
