(Edit to add: I stand by my review 100%. I DID speak to Mr. Inman & can show I made the calls myself from MY phone number. Their reply to my HONEST review consists of lies & gaslighting. Note how they don’t deny the upsell & screaming wife. Buyer beware.) We bought a new Generac from here Fall of 2020 & had it serviced by Mr. Inman's people on a regular basis. By May 2024, during a series of severe storms, the generator overheated, stopped working, & repairs ended up costing $3,500.00. We were selling our home & closing escrow in 72 hours which we told Mr. Inman. He said he'd take a look at the generator & give us an estimate for repairs so that we could reimburse the buyers of our home for the repairs. We STRESSED the urgency of getting the estimate since escrow closed soon. Although there were severe storms in the area, Mr. Inman while stating he was busy, promised he'd get us a bill the evening we called. We waited--the bill never came. The next morning my husband called him & again Mr. Inman promised send the estimate & during THIS phone call, he tried to UPSELL us to a new generator for "a few thousand dollars more." We explained AGAIN our home was sold & had no interest in REPLACING the unit, we just wanted an estimate for repairs. He said we'd get the estimate soon. We waited & when it didn't come, our real estate agent called to ask for it & Inman explained the cost of repairs & she told us he TRIED TO UPSELL HER. Thankfully she repeated what we had told him--we were moving & not interested in a replacement. He assured her the estimate would be forthcoming. We waited again & no bill came. Then I called & left a message saying 6 people (my husband & I, 2 real estate agents, & the new buyers) were waiting for the estimate to be emailed as HE had promised the night prior, & that I was going to leave him a bad review since the estimate wasn't delivered as promised. We waited; nothing came. I called again & he had the nerve to say he "didn't have time to prepare the estimate because everyone was calling him." I told him that if he had sent it as HE PROMISED the night before, no one would be calling him--I also told him I didn't appreciate him trying to UPSELL US & when we said no, allegedly he tried to UPSELL our real estate agent. He was annoyed with what I said & curtly told me the bill would arrive shortly explaining that it was detailed & would take time. What he sent was a very simple bill--$3,500 & 4 to 5 short sentences (not detailed). Within the hour, his WIFE called & YELLED at me telling me I was rude for leaving the message I did because I had stated I was going to leave a bad but TRUTHFUL account of my personal experience review. I told her (as I told Mr. Inman), that if her husband had done what he promised, I wouldn't have left the message (I didn't yell in my message--I was very calm). The wife continued to YELL & rant about how overworked they were & how her husband went "out of his way" to accommodate us even though other people had called needing work done. I again said MR. INMAN GAVE US THE TIME FRAME for getting the bill to us AND that he sold us a Generator that was less than four years old & already in need of $3500 in repairs...AND to add insult to injury, he tried to UPSELL us knowing our house sold. She kept yelling at me & I hung up on her & blocked her number. There was no talking to her, & we felt it was UNPROFESSIONAL for her to call & yell about how overworked they were. Give me a break. This company sells generators costing thousands & then in less than four years the generator needs thousands in repairs. Next, they promise they'll get us a bill for repairs & then don't in the time frame THEY SET...AND try to upsell us & when that doesn't work, allegedly try to upsell our agent. On top of this Mr. Inman's wife calls to yell about how SHE'S offended because we tell her we're going to leave a bad review based on FACTS. Would NOT recommend.

Such a nice company, Mr. Inman is so kind and helpful. And he actually knows what he is doing. I would 100% use his services again!
