We had issues with our AC on Friday at 7:30. I did some tests that night, but unfortunately we were still experiencing issues on Saturday morning. I called Anyweather around 8:30 on Saturday morning, and they had our AC working again by noon. Rob was incredibly professional and was a pleasure to talk to.

Impressive service! My air conditioner stopped blowing cool air. I called AnyWeather because I had a great experience with this company a couple of years ago when they replaced my roof. The service tech, Nathan was friendly, and very professional. He had my cool air up and running in no time! He even took the time to explain what he was doing and things to watch for later. I had the best experience with this company, from beginning to the end. My air went out on Sunday 6/16/24. We were leaving for vacation. So I decided to make sure I had a call in for when we returned. Samantha sent me a text the same day letting me know that they would be at my house on Tuesday from 8-10am, I had to let her know that we are out of town. I didn’t expect such a quick response, but we decided on a later date then my daughter says you shouldn’t bring the grand babies in her with it being so hot. So I jumped on the phone with Samantha again to change the date once more. She was very nice and patient about the situation. Keith was my tech and my daughter says he was very nice, I could hear him talking when she had me on FaceTime. He explained everything that he was doing while doing it. I would give them more stars if I could. I highly recommend this company

On a 99 degree summer Saturday, our A/C stopped blowing cold air. The fan was working, but it was NOT blowing cold air. The house temp was creeping up to 80 degrees on the main level (mid 80s upstairs), even though it was set for 73. We called every HVAC place we could find to see who could come out same-day, and AnyWeather was the ONLY place that was a yes. They promised to have a tech to our house within a few hours, which they did! The technician, Keith, called when he was on his way, and was super knowledgeable and helpful. He immediately narrowed down the problem and upended up replacing our condenser on the spot, while also giving us some tips for other less-critical issues he noticed (like pollen buildup on our unit). We are so thankful and appreciative!!!! AnyWeather will be the first place we call next time we need service.

Ricco arrived on time, promptly went to the furnace room to inspect, he then removed the filter and hosed it down. After the inspection he talked about maintaining and also replacing the unit. Also the cost. At no time did he pressure me to move forward the unit. He was thorough, respectful, made a good appearance. I highly recommend AnyWeather and Ricco for any services that is needed.

I’ve owned 5 houses and replaced numerous HVAC systems but I’ve never had a more knowledgeable specialist keeping my system maintained and serviced than Austin.
