This is one of the worst places anyone would want to do business. I had to hire an attorney to get the pump controller, the liner I paid for was supposed to be 28 mil but they sent me a 20 mil, the liner was supposed be about 8 weeks but I didn't get it for about 20. According to the liner supplier it wasn't even ordered until October. I purchased the pool kit in June. They are liars and Ryan is learning from David what lies to tell. Terrible experience and after talking to others I'm not by myself. I'm surprised the county attorney has let them get by as long as they have.
I've recommended C & S Pools to many people based on the quality service I have received.

I have had them open / close my pool for the last seven years. They installed a heat pump. They also just installed a new liner.
They have always done great work at a fair price.

Great, fast service! Reasonable prices as well. They have taken care of our inground pool on and off for years. We can definitely tell the difference in water/pool quality when C & S is maintaining our pool!

I can’t begin to explain how awesome C&S Pools has been. They went above and beyond to help me with an auto pool cover, pool maintenance, and all around understanding my role as a pool owner.
I tried working with several other pool companies and they were all rushed. They were all over priced and always under-delivered.
Working with C&S was easy, they always followed up, and did everything they said they would. I really don’t see why anybody would use any other company.
Just for icing on the cake, in addition to the stellar service. Their pricing is more competitive than any do other else I called. Using them is a no-brainer.

We have used this company for 2 years now and have been very happy. They installed our pool heater for us and have had no problems with that. Stephanie who does our weekly cleaning is very hard working and so nice and personable. Very accommodating with putting in chemicals so they kids can swim right away or will come back if they are in the pool. We miss seeing her during the fall and winter season. Her son is great to, who sometimes accompanies her. Customer service is good and they answer emails very quickly. I would highly recommend this company!

C&S Pools, along with Outdoor Spaces KY, recently did a pool installation as part of a backyard remodel at our home.
I was very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work that C&S did on our pool. From project start, to first swim, was a little over 4 weeks. (amazing)
Ryan and David Cook were great to work with the entire project. Very responsive any time we had questions. They helped me and my wife along, as we were both "pool newbies".
I'd highly recommend C&S pools. We love our pool !!!! Thank you....

C&S pools are awesome and have an incredible amount of experience to pull from! First they listen to what you are wanting and then they educate you on your options and what makes the most sense for your budget. We had lots of questions and didn't know much about anything when it came to pools, installation, and maintenance. But after our first meeting we developed a plan. A++++, give them a call!
