Ryan came out to fix my fridge & dryer. Dryer now works fine. After doing some work on fridge, we waited few days to see how it was working. It continued to freeze my food in fridge. I tried calling & texting Ryan with 2 different numbers on several occasions. I got absolutely no response from him. That's horrible customer service. I looked at reviews before contacting him. He had good reviews. I'm not sure why he deleted I wasn't worth a return phone call.

This guy installed wrong parts and expected it to work. Lost $200 and a day of work. Not to mention a headache to figure out why my thermal fuse blew again. Oh that’s right he installed the wrong one flush against the heating element. It was destined to blow again. Ordered the right stuff $17 bucks. Not an issue. Thanks for nothing. Update* you got my contact I got other things that need fixed like I said I fixed it myself just unneeded headache. Dude put a whirlpool thermal fuse in a fridgidare and called it done also changed a high limit thermostat when the other one was just fine.. If you really wanted to fix it you could give me my money back, or come out and fix something else. I have a big microwave range oven I just took apart it needs a thermal fuse for sure, I also have an oven that needs some love would rather have an oven. Send someone else this time
