Richard is wonderful! He always communicates which is very important to me. His customer service skills are great! Always on time and always checks in before he leaves. He is treating my brothers’ home. They are both disabled, Richard is very clear with them and they are not anxious at all about him being in their home! Excellent service! Thank you !

Andrew come out to our house to do the assessment and then Richard come to do the treatment. Both men were very knowledgeable of their jobs and extremely polite. Andrew went through the house with us and explained to us as to what he was doing and looking for. He then explained all charges very clearly and told us of the treatment plan. When Richard come out he called before arrival and gave us a heads up as to the approximate time he'd be he. When he arrived he went over everything as to what he was going to be doing. He looked for critters in places I didn't even know existed in our house. He was extremely thorough as to what he was looking for and even more so when it come to treatment time. I felt like they gave us a reasonable price for what we were having done and I would not hesitate to call Terminix

First time using this company and will be sticking with them for a while. They explained everything very well, were punctual and professional. We stopped seeing spiders immediately after treatment and so far haven’t seen anything since.

Kassandra Huss is my service tech and does a wonderful job at my house with my regular pest control. She sends text notifications of when she will arrive to perform services and text again with findings after completion. She is an excellent technician and takes good care of my needs. I recommend Terminex.
