Very satisfied with the install and the windows. I was told my windows would take 8 weeks to be made, I was called after 4 weeks and they were ready for install. It took 5 hrs.for 2 men to remove and replace 11 windows and frame them in. Great product, great service.

I’d recommend these two guys to any one they were very professional and they knew what they were doing very friendly and show us how the windows worked and cleaned up after there selfs I would want them to do my door one day with a new one . And no one else.they deserve where credit is do and I can’t say an enough about father and son . Great team work answer all our questions they deserve rate at high as it will go I give them a 100 on the rate scale. 10 stars.

Window World of Paducah did a fantastic job of providing windows and storm doors for our home. The representative who came to our house to talk with us about our need for new windows, etc. was very friendly and not high pressure. The products are excellent quality. The cost was reasonable. The installation crew was friendly and knowledgeable. We did have a screen latch that was broken on one of the windows and it was replaced and repaired promptly. Also, after almost a year from installation one of our storm doors started to rust a little in one area. Window World replaced the entire door promptly. I recommend using Window World of Paducah if you need new windows, etc. for your home.

We got all new windows a couple of years ago from Window World. The windows themselves seem to be fine (Don't waste your money on the 3 pane. They work no better than the double pain). I did expect to see a small reduction in my electric bill that didn't happen but figured maybe we didn't need the windows as bad as I thought. I now know the real reason why. The installers did an absolutely horrible job! I'm currently have new siding put on my house and just had my contractor call me out to see what Window World did, actually didn't do, during the installation. The windows were put into place but they did absolutely NOTHING to seal them. There are huge gaps between the windows and the framing itself. No caulking, no insulation, no anything. Just some J Channel around the window to hide the huge gaps. Now I paid Window World to install windows and am now having to pay my siding contractor to properly seal the windows. If you still decide to use this company, I highly recommend you supervisor the installers work and make sure they are doing it properly. I think a complaint to the BBB is next since I am now having to double pay for the work that should have originally been completed by Window World but wasn't . This level of service is completely unacceptable. I'd say you get what you pay for but we did pay around 8K already.

One of my windows lost its seal, so I called Window World and made an appointment. The sales rep arrived at the set time, and was very knowledgeable about their products. He explained everything I needed to know. He also gave me a recommendation for someone to do some other work I needed to have done. That turned out very well. When the window arrived, the workers installed it efficiently and well. I would call Window World again if I needed window work.
