I needed a second ethernet line added and Mickey was the perfect person to do the work. Mickey and Derrick came to the house initially to get an idea of the work involved. They offered options and were thorough in scoping things out. When Mickey came back the next week to do the work, he was on time (just like the 1st visit). He was professional and optimistic! His work was fast, clean and perfectly completed and in less time than expected. Thank you so much!
Electrician isolated and resolved problem quickly. Checked all related switches and outlets to confirm everything was operational. I highly recommend this company.

They installed the electric for our new garage. Very friendly service and good communication. They came and gave us a quote and were able to do the job in a very reasonable time. In my opinion they are very reasonable with their prices.

2/11/21 - Our main circuit breaker fails during an ice storm. We called Babcon and they sent Mickey Rhodes to help us. He determined that our main had gone bad and needed to be replaced. This required that our electric meter be disconnected, but the actual power company had to do it. so, we had to wait for an already swamped power company to pull the meter. Mickey acquired the needed part and dropped it of at our house, in case he and his company were unavailable, we would have the part for someone else to do the job.
The following day, 50 degrees in the house and we are still waiting for the power company. Mickey calls at approximately 8 am TO SEE HOW WE WERE DOING AND WHAT THE STATUS WAS WITH THE POWER COMPANY. He managed to get a power worker over to pull the meter so he could replace our main and restore power to our house.

I called on Babcon after a lightning event at my house caused damage to appliances, electronics, and my security system. The tech was very friendly, knowledgeable, and on-time to the appointment. However, the office assistant (Lisa) was not very helpful. After the meeting with the tech, I sent the office assistant an affidavit I needed to file a homeowner's insurance claim. Several days passed and I followed-up on the status just to get a very short response saying the tech was busy. The way I took her email, she was complaining that they had so many needy customers that wanted everything "yesterday". I gave it a few more days and by then, it had been a week since the house visit. I sent a friendly reminder that I needed this affidavit by the end of business that day. Otherwise, I was going to solicit another company to fulfill this need. I haven't heard back from them since. No apology, no explanation, and no completed affidavit.

I use babcon all the time! They have wonderful consumer service they always get the job done in a timely and neat matter. Mickey is one of the best to work with his knowledge and workmanship is beyond extraordinary!

Very satisfied with the work. I needed a light fixture installed. They were prompt and efficient. The entire job took less than 15 minutes. I will be using Babcon for all of my future electrical work.

We've been relying on Babcon for over 10 years now. They've come out for 3 or 4 jobs over that time, and the service and workmanship has been consistently excellent. Micky is very knowledgeable, but he is also very patient in explaining the work that needs doing and the alternatives available. We highly recommend them for all electrical contracting.

Mickey was punctual, friendly and efficient. It was impressive to watch him go though methodical troubleshooting to solve our electrical problem. Banbcon is a breath of fresh air in the current climate of incompetency, failure to keep appointments and shoddy workmanship. I highly recommend Babcon.
