We are so pleased with the service provided by After Hours. One of our office units was acting up, which makes for an uncomfortable situation for employees and clients. The support staff ensured that our HVAC issue was scheduled for service within 24 hours, which was surprising considering our location is quite deep in the East End of Louisville. The technician, Ethan, was so efficient and made sure we understood the repair being made. Multiple other companies indicated that we would have to wait days or even a week for a service call. Our office is also thrilled at the reasonable price for this repair. We are happy to recommend After Hours to family, friends, and peer professionals.

After Hours crew was amazing! Very polite, professional, patient, and efficient from the estimating process to the installation. They replaced an old rusted, rigged HVAC system with a new system, making everything correct as they went. The crew of (3) worked well together, never working on top of the each other and finished the job in a day, even did a couple of extras for us. Good work ethic still exists in this crew. Would definitely use again and recommend!

When I say I couldn’t be more grateful for the business of this company and their employees, I’m not kidding. I’m a single mother and I so desperately need it to call someone to come look at my AC as it hadn’t been cooling down to the point it felt way better outside than it did inside my house. Needless to say when Kodi(very professional, attentive, polite, and very empathetic beautiful person)arrived I was nervous as to how much it would be and when would I be able to have the ac working backup again, he proceeded to explain what he was doing and making sure he wasn’t missing any part of the steps to check everything. Once he was done what I thought was the inspection for an estimate he started explaining what all he did and that my AC was working again. So In a matter of tops 30 minutes he had fixed my Ac and even discounted everything he could to help me pay it off. I couldn’t be more grateful to have call them!!THANK YOU AFTER HOURS HEATING & AIR & THANK YOU KODI?
