Be cautious when dealing with Michael. He presents himself as someone who values customer service and will tell you what you want to hear. We spoke for nearly an hour yesterday, during which he shared numerous stories. However, when I reached out this morning to discuss doing the pool project next year with a $100k budget, his response was, "I'm on vacation, hit me up next year, bring 100 to the table, pools are going up. Thanks for your time." This is not the way to communicate with a serious buyer, especially one who could spread the word about his services in the community. His unprofessional handling of this situation really shows his true colors. If he's acting this way now, I can't imagine how he would behave if something went wrong during the project.

Mike and his crew did a great job on our pool! Mike installed a 16x40 River Pools pool with a tanning ledge. He added a heater and water slide with deck jets. Such a cool feature! Pools and Beyond were easy to work with by adding in anchors we had purchased for a basketball goal, volleyball poles, and umbrellas. The kids absolutely love the slide and the sports activities. All of Mike’s workers were respectful and knowledgeable. They would adjust things as needed. The pool was ordered and installed very quickly. When the pool arrived it was installed in less than a month even with a couple of weeks of rain delays. We have loved our time in the pool so far this summer!!

Needed rails for drop in steps for above ground pool. Could not locate to order them anywhere and just by chance called up this store. Not only did they get them for me, but they also delivered them to my address the "SAME" day. Also followed up to make sure the step rails were the correct ones. Talk about all star customer service!! They got my future business for sure

Mike and his crew so far are surpassing my highest expectations. They are doing an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. We are more than ¾ through our new 16x38 fiberglass pool project in just one month since signing the contract. In that single month, the pool was ordered, delivered, put in the ground, and the retaining wall was finished! Not to mention all the plumbing and running the LED lighting. I’ve talked with other pool companies who have an 18 month backlog, or who cannot get a fiberglass pool delivered for months, or who just don’t seem that interested in coming out and working with me. Especially since I live in a rural area an hour plus away from Louisville or Bowling Green. Mike enthusiastically talked me through all of the process, pitching ideas back and forth, and even took me around to see some of his existing projects- finished and in the works- to make sure I was comfortable with his quality of work and work ethic. What I’m impressed with the most is Mike’s passion for his work. He pays attention to details and wants to ensure the complete satisfaction of the client. He’s out here on the site nearly every day, working hands on, and also overseeing his crew to make sure everything is done right. He stays in frequent contact with me to let me know what’s going on, what’s coming next, and verifying the color and type of materials. Next week is more hardscaping, electrical, running gas lines. Wrap up should be within a few more weeks! Not your typical long and drawn out pool build, and I’m so happy about that. I’ll come back at completion and add a final wrap-up review and photos. Update:a little over 2 months from signing the contract and everything is done, even given about 7 days of sub freezing temps for highs, when no work could be done. Mike Gets Stuff Done! Overall I’m very pleased. Here are the final photos:

Mike and his crew did a great job on our pool, firepit and landscaping. It was finished in October 2022. We have an 18X36 pool with a heater and have loved our time in it this summer.
