Let me just take a minute to tell you how wonderful this company is. 4 years ago I bough flooring from them. It started coming up. I called, they came and made it right. A special shoutout to Amber who shoved my problem quickly wit no hassle, and to James who is doing a tremendous job on installing the new floor. Let me emphasize, THIS WAS NOT CLARK DUNBAR’s fault.. It was the manufacturer, but Clark Dunbar made it right. Thank you so much. I would use them again for any flooring need.

The contractors they hired to install my flooring are the epitome of unprofessional. During the 4 days they were installing the flooring we were treated to them smoking in the garage and casually discarding their butts on the driveway, ripping the door stop out of a floor board in the master bedroom, and disabling a smoke detector that was wired into the home security system by ripping the power wire out of the ceiling. There was also a misunderstanding regarding how the carpet that was removed should be disposed of, but (as stated above) was a misunderstanding and has been resolved. I strongly recommend purchasing just the flooring from these people and not having them install it.

I purchased flooring from Clark Dunbar. the salesman was informative and knowledgable. the flooring was beautiful. Installation was on time and fast. However when a problem arose in August and the floor started peeling and cupping I was told that a company rep had to come out to evaluate the problem. After four weeks still no rep. Hurricane Delta flooded the house and when contacted about the problem I was told "It is flood damage and not my problem" NO refund on flooring damaged Before the flood. In my opinion that just aint right

They showed up installed our floors and carpet and we could not be happier! I highly recommend this place. Thank you to the great team that took care of all of our needs.
