Dylan was great to work with. He was very patient with our many questions, and took the time to explain everything. We had to reschedule a few times (seller's fault), and Dylan stayed communicative throughout the process. We very much recommend these guys.

Although we did not get the news we were hoping for Magnolia Home Inspections were excellent in customer service. Dylan was extremely professional and helpful. He was able to give us insight into pricing as well as some recommendations for companies to do remediation. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. 10/10 experience here.

They were able to work our commercial building inspection into their schedule very quickly. The inspector was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He took samples for testing, which were returned from the lab with full reports that were included in our timely inspection report. I recommend!

Wow! I have done several inspections and nothing beats the service that Dylan provided. As a real estate investor, I really appreciated Dylan’s punctuality, flexibility, attention to detail and thoroughness. He is second to none. As a first time home buyer, I contacted Dylan for my home inspection as he came highly recommended. I was contacted within 20 minutes of requesting a consult and was scheduled for inspection within a few days.
Dylan was incredibly prompt, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. He was more than willing to address and answer any questions I might have and exceeded all of my expectations. I was impressed with the process from start to finish. Upon filling out the online information, I promptly received a call, even though it was after 8 pm.
Dylan worked with us on understanding the price of the inspection and worked to ensure we received the best price. The inspection date was quickly scheduled to take place just two business days later.
Dylan was prompt and thorough in his inspection and shared the report in an easy to understand and clear manner. I appreciated the pictures showing each maintenance or needed repair item. It’s wonderful getting the report sent to your email just after the inspection is completed - Great feature.
