I had to contact a Pest Control company to see about termite inspection. Duncan was referred by a co-worker. I was so impressed and pleased with the Receptionist that took my call. They were able to get someone out within a couple of days. They have been extremely busy with the spring swarms, etc.. So I was thankful they were able to come so quickly. Trevor and I believe maybe Nate or Nathan? came out and they were the MOST PROFESSIONAL and KINDEST people I believe I have come in contact with in a long time, I was so impressed with their mannerisms, the professionalism, and thoroughness... They were so cooperative to explain everything to me, never making me feel any question I may have was stupid. I have been blessed thru the years to have some amazing people for appliance, plumbers, a/c, etc.. And now some of the kindest at Duncan's. Thank you all for the above and beyond attention. It is greatly appreciated. May your business continue to be successful.

I have used Duncan Pest Control's services at my home for approximately one year, and they are excellent. First and foremost, their prices are the best I've found in Alexandria. Duncan charges around $75 per quarter for standard maintenance/pest prevention and control. Outside of those quarterly visits, any time you see bugs, you can call them and they will come out for free. Mosquito service, which is an extra fee with all companies, brings the total cost to $135 per quarter. I've compared Duncan to J&J, Orkin, and Adams; Duncan is the cheapest. J&J is close (with comparably good customer service), while Orkin and Adams are much more expensive. Beyond the price, customer service is fantastic all around. The coordinator/scheduler is very friendly, and the exterminators who come out are always nice, and seem very knowledgeable. I'm under the impression that Duncan is a family business, and they seem to have a commitment to positive interactions with customers. So, Duncan seems to be the best pest control service in Alexandria, based on my price shopping research and experience with them over the past year.
