I love the guy Ryne who does my service. He is professional, kind and always very flexible with me for my schedule. Always accommodating and right on time. The work he does is thorough and complete. I highly recommend.
Sorry I couldn’t get my son’s name off my account lol my name is Ciera! And My tech is very sweet and professional! I never felt uncomfortable with him and any question I had he was happy to answer. I never got an attitude and he never came off irritated.

Daniel was so professional and friendly! He completely put my mind at ease in regards to my pest problem. He gave me advice on how to stay ahead of the problem. I will be requesting him every time I have service.

Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable about pest control. I have been using Terminex since 2019, never a bad experience with any of their professionals. Always confident that I can trust them to keep the pests and especially termites from my built in the 1940's original hardwood floored home free from pest damage!

Daniel Webb is the ultimate Technician. My problems have been repeated solved where needed. He speaks very highly of his relationship with Terminix. I would chose this Company over and over again.
Final though on a personal level. I have used private pet control, mainstream ie Orkin, and have always felt unsatisfied.
During my tenure with Terrance and Daniel Webb I have received service which has heretofore been nonexistent from other providers. This is the real deal and someday I hope to see Daniel Webb promoted to regional leadership roles. In the meantime, you may want to follow him for a few days and Video his technique and use this as training tapes for other techs. Dr. Terry Horowitz

My husband and I are already beyond the "satisfied " stage. What makes a company great are its people, and I have to say that our serviceman more than fits the bill. He is personable, trustworthy, and always is very thorough in getting our home protected against the pests of Louisiana. Because of him, we will be staying with terminex for our pest control needs.

Daniel did a great job coming out today. It’s always a great visit when he shows up. I had a few questions about a new critter that showed up on the property and Daniel assured me that the current treatment would take care of it. Terminix has always taken care of our needs and employ dependable and knowledgeable people to do so.
