The lift we rented did have some issues, but the owner is a stand-up guy. We were able to resolve the issue amicably and I feel comfortable recommending their service for your equipment rental needs.
We rented an excavator to work on my yard twice. The first time was great with no issues! The second time the excavator had some issues with the thumb not having the pins in them. Due to this we were not able to finish the job. However, when we called, the woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. When we dropped it off on Monday, the manager - Chris Guidry - gave us a store credit to finish the job. To say they take care of their customers is an understatement! My dad has been renting from triple A for nearly 30 years and I can see why. So grateful to them for their excellent customer service!

I ordered the steak and baked potato. Medium. They cooked it to perfection right in front of me on a scalding chainsaw engine. It melted in my mouth. Their appetizer selection is lacking, and I had to sit inside of a metal shelf to eat my meal, but the food is fantastic. Highly recommend.

We were able to rent a brand new mini-skid with auger to help out building a fence around our yard and pick up same day! It worked great, saved us tons of time hand digging holes, and the staff was very helpful!! High recommended!

Had a great experience with the staff and equipment. I rented a skid steer to move a little dirt. The only negative about this experience is that I need the equipment for only four hours but was forced to pay for the entire 24 hour period. I feel they could have been a little more flexible for the home user. We are people too!
