My employer purchased a machine from Brandi, I thought that everything was great, the machine has never been used as of yet, so he (Tyrone Clark) decided to exchange it for the larger version since bigger jobs are upon him. He contacted Brandi and inquired about a larger machine explaining that he hasn’t used the machine that he initially purchased and wanted to know what would it take to exchange for the bigger one she said he would lose about $30,000. Now he was aware that it would be some cost difference but not that substantial amount. Brandi said I could keep that one and just buy the larger one too, huh? What? Are you serious. I thought this was extremely unfair and I would definitely not do business with this company again. Please before for doing business here! Emery Equipment!!!!!!! No sir run they do not care about there customers.
