The most customer-unfriendly place I've ever dealt with. First time I went in was just for a bag of mortar & a tub of grout. It took 55 minutes for them to complete this simple order. Oh, and I had a return, which was a HUGE deal, apparently. It seems only ONE MAN can process refunds (what is this, an episode of "Highlander"?) & I had to wait for his eternal phone conversation to end before that could be taken care of. And phone calls come first, second, third ... tenth over the line of potential customers waiting to be served, but who are instead ignored.
The second time I went in was to buy something off the shelf, which I grabbed and stood by the registers to purchase. There were no other customers in the place, but both employees were "busy" with stuff on their computers and mostly ignored me while I stood there. Finally, one was done and instead of just checking me out he turned to the other and said, "You want me to get him?" to which the other replied, "Nah. I'll be done in a few minutes." WHAT?!! I'm standing here waiting to check out and these people think I have nothing else better to do than wait? I immediately made it clear that he would check me out NOW.
We only went to Daltile because they were a little cheaper than Home Depot, but the price difference isn't worth being treated this poorly. Home Depot isn't known for great service, but compared to this Daltile location they're excellent.
Will not return to this Daltile location for any reason. I don't spend my money on people who treat me rudely, ignore me, expect I can wait around while they talk on the phone, and who can't process an order properly. Useless!
Nice lot, easy backing 2 docks only one in use. Not sure about overnight parking

We worked with Michelle for our project and I just can’t say enough great things about her. She was always pleasent and quick to respond to our questions. She went above and beyond to get us samples and make sure we were satisfied with everything we picked out.

Norris is a very rude worker I was talking with a lady in the store trying to find my order. Out of nowhere Norris came in like he owned the place and demanded that I leave the store because I didn't have a mask on. That is evil they want to feel impowered by controlling people . No one should use daltile ever in fact any one I do work for in the future will not be using daltile ever. Thank you for showing your true colors daltile.

For the people who are giving this site one star ratings. The reason you have troubles with returns, is because daltile is strictly wholesale, no retail sales, for people who DO buy retail sales, there are absolutely no returns. If you do get a return you should be happy that they accepted it. And as for customer service, it's unfortunate most of these came from when the flood happened and we were overwhelmed and busy. But like I said before, they are wholesalers. They try to accommodate some retail sales. So be thankful that they atleast did that.

The website shows that they are open 9-3 on Saturday, I drove a long way to get there and find out they re closed Saturday!!
