I love this store. Sylvia is amazing. She is so helpful and she always remembers my face. So sweet! Everyone is so helpful and so friendly. This location of Floor and Decor does not feel like a chain store; it feels like a locally owned store. Management is so helpful and they bend over backwards to make sure you find what you need. Plus they bring everything to your vehicle.
Be extra cautious when you buy materials and tools from Floor and Decor in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I order Schluter trims and inside corners in satin nickel, and also pay $85 for expedited shipping of 3days. After picking up my order and ready to install these trims and inside corners, I figured it out that they ordered two different colors for my trims and corners. This messed up my schedule with installers.
Then, taking them back there for exchange to the color that I want. There was a white old man helped me to place a new order for my trims and corners, this time he got me a right color but wrong trims that we could not install them for my shower rooms.
I also paid $85 for the expedited shipment for this order, but after 3 days I called to check on my order. The people there told me it takes 8-10 business for my order to come in. Then they transferred me to the white guy who helped me to place this new order. He told me that he FORGOT to do expedited shipment on my order, but he actually charged my credit card. I told me: you screwed up my schedule. Then he told me: I should let him go so that he can work on my order, otherwise he can cancel the order. I told me to work on my order to get them here as quick as possible, and hung up the phone; so he can go work on the order.
One to two hours later, there was a lady from F&D called me and told me my order is here, I can come to pick it up anytime. And then that white old man called me, he said why I hung up on him, my order is here, and he hung up. Oop! What is the customer service here.
After picking up my replacement order, and find out that that man ordered wrong Schluter trim for me. My installers could not install those trim on the floor for me.
When I come back to return that replacement order, he told his colleagues there that we have to be careful with me ? while he did things wrong and blame them all to me.
In addition, I bought a tile saw for my installers. The saw is on sale. There is a sticker says: our damage… it’s your save or benefit (st like this). When my installer open the box of this saw, and find out that the saw is damaged and covered with dust. We brought it back there to return and they don’t accept the saw. They told us this is clearance, but no one announces or tells us that this is not returnable because it is clearance by the time we checked out. Beside this, the saw does not come with sticker of CLEARANCE.
They are definitely roguish and crooked.
If you have to go because of no choices, be EXTRA CAUTIOUS with this store.

I just spent over 45 minutes walking around and looking at the various choices. Not once did someone stop and ask me if I had questions or needed help, and it wasn't busy at all, and there were emplyoees standing around the fron of the store. I'm curious when all the 5 star reviewers who were immediately greeted and helped went in, because I would have shopped a different day and time. I have a number of rooms I'm changing, so it would have been nice for someone to just ask. I would have given 1star only, but the prices of the materials were really good and there are a ton of choices. I understand now why people pay more for the personal service from other businesses.

I decided a couple of months ago that I was ready to redo the tub splash, and floor in one of my bathrooms. I had heard good things about Floor and Decor’s great selection. I was not disappointed. I was also hooked up with one of their designers, Brandi, and, again, I was not disappointed. She worked with me, got to know my style and taste, and took it from there. She helped me coordinate the flooring, The tub, splash, and an incredible accent tile for inside my niche. Knowing that I was on a budget, she even found me my floor tile from the discontinued stuff and it was perfection. The whole project looks amazing, and I am so pleased with my finished product. When I am ready to do my other bathroom, I know I’ll be knocking on Brandi‘s door again. Thank you, Brandi for an amazing experience.

I recently visited Floor and Decor in Baton Rouge and just had to mention this impressive employee. Her name was Ciara and she greeted me immediately when I walked in. Also she was very helpful in finding me some assistance with tile for my house. Just had to mention her what a wonderful employee you guys have. Keep it up Ciara ??

I recently visited Floor & Decor in Baton Rouge and was blown away by the fantastic service in their wood department. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making the whole flooring selection process a breeze. And let me tell you, their vinyl flooring options are second to none! If you're in the area and need flooring, this is the place to go.

Great superstore of options. Excellent supplies of products but was hoping for interactivity with staff but never was approached as we browsed. Prices also appear to be very good.

Excellent store with a massive selection. The staff was extremely helpful. I put in an order for pickup. The warehouse staff helped me load out my order. The selections of products was amazing. Absolutely everything you need for a flooring project.
