The MOST HORRIBLE customer service. They recommended and installed parts not compatible with my generator. Charged me for a replacement + labor after it failed and all of that took over a month to complete DURING hurricane season. I would never ever recommend this company, not even to my WORST enemy. Office staff is passive aggressive and field techs are just a hair above mentally disabled. Do yourself a favor and shop around. I promise you’ll easily find better service elsewhere!

Do NOT use ARCCO for ANY of your generators needs. My first call, I had to setup an account. Days later, they emailed and said give us your credit card for a service call at 3 hours minimum. After I sent my credit card info, SILENCE. I emailed to setup a service call.... got NOTHING! I have a 48kw servicing the house (7000sq) and a 28KW servicing the barn. ARCCO has no interest in servicing YOUR needs. GO ELSEWHERE! I did......

Horrible. We are trying to get parts to service our generator and gave them a list of the parts we needed. Waited outside for FOUR HOURS for them to tell us they had no parts. Shame on them and I will make sure I post this everywhere I can!! Find another company that wants to take your money and help because obviously they DO NOT. shame on you ARCCO
