Poor customer service. I was treated like I did not know what I was talking about. They refused to listen or actually help. We went to another plumbing supply store. They listened. I was right. We fixed the problem.

Great selection, prices & service. Smooth transaction/experience. Highly recommend. Bought kitchen & bath items for a rental trailer remodel as well as a fabulous shower head for my home that makes showering my mother so much easier because it literally has a pause button on it!!! A+

This was our 2nd time visiting, and I must say, the service was/is EXCELLENT!!I went in looking for a part for a stripped bathroom faucet, to replace, and even though they didn't have the exact part, they gave me 2 parts that would work! They assured me these 2 parts would work AND THEY DID! One guy even gave me the part numbers for the parts I needed just in case I needed to order the exact ones, but I didn't even need those! When I tell you I put those parts on like they came with the faucet, I was thankful to those gentlemen and I thanked God for sending us to them! If you EVER need ANYTHING related to plumbing PLEASE visit this establishment. They go above and beyond to ensure you get what you came for.

We were not satisfied with the service at this store and do not recommend. They have a large selection and a beautiful showroom, but once the order is placed, they seem to forget about you. Delivery dates were missed more than once – not always their fault – however they seemed to have no interest in trying to track the progress of the late deliveries. The attitude we observed was, “sometimes things are delayed, no big deal.” Final straw. When delivery promised between 9-11 am on Day 27 (originally estimated 7-10 days) did not arrive, we called at 11:20 to check. Truck had not left the building. It was immediately dispatched. Hate to think how long it might have sat there if we didn’t call. If you end up doing business with them for whatever reason, expect to expend energy calling, visiting face-to-face and checking on progress often. Push for factual information, not nice words to make you feel good.
