At the onset we were pleased with our visit from the Flora rep and the services sounded incredible. We were looking forward to the work initially mentioned by the representative. We were told a quote for concrete work and lawn maintenance would be coming within a week. Unfortunately, it's been over two months and no quote has been received. After several calls to the company and no call back or quote, what should I think of this company. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Update: After posting this review, I got a call from the company almost immediately. There was a mixup with the contact info and the concrete quote was forwarded right away to include a discount on the concrete work. The representative was very apologetic and polite. At this juncture we need to follow up with Flora on lawn maintenance and get clarification on the concrete work.

During that storm last Saturday evening, my newly planted Crape Myrtle tree toppled; I was so frantic. Knowing it was late Saturday evening - and raining - I didn’t really expect Flora to be able to help me, but I just hoped for the assurance that they’d be out first thing Monday morning to right my tree and help it survive. I contacted Sebastian Alvarez; he, immediately, sent Danny and another gentleman to my house. Those two guys were SO kind; the fact that it was late and they surely wanted to end their workday never appeared in their reassuring and helpful attitudes. At that moment, all they seemed to care about was helping me. They were incredible. This company was contracted by my builder to lay all the sod and level my lot. The first set of Sod was dead and then when they came and replaced it they only replaced some of it and took away most of the back sod and left it as just dirt. Also my lot is a foot lower than my neighbors and when we get any kind of rain my side floods! They tried to blame the fence installation team that accessed my lot from an open field on the total opposite side. I have been so disappointed and so has a lot of other people in our neighbor hood. I highly advise future people looking at them to STAY away!

They were there bright and early in the morning to get the job done. They paid attention to details and when they left our home everything was cleaned and like they were never there.
