I didn’t appreciate Kyle’s Lawn and Landscape using my dumpster to discard their garbage without my permission. If this is any indication on how this business is run, it’s not a good sign.

The Team at Kyle's is outstanding. They do a great job. Communication is often. They are very sensitive to wet yards and making sure they don't make a mess in cutting your yard. Reasonable price and the yard men are very polite and respectful. I highly recommend Kyle's.

I spoke to the foreman in charge of my landscaping about how he charged me 2k over the original estimate. We did expect it to be more than the original estimate as we added a few things, but I was charged more for services that was included in the original estimate with no explanation. They also worked half a day due to rain, and I was charged a full day. Some of the extra work we paid for was incomplete as well. When asked for an explanation of charges, he just laughed (hmmm...not sure what was so funny). So I reached out to owner via email (after paying the bill in full ) and was told that he would get back to me asap with an explanation. Mind you, this was the third time that I asked for an itemized bill (i had emailed and left messages with accounting department). This was just before Thanksgiving. Never heard back from him and I didn't really expect to because there is no explanation. My landscape looks good even though the job is unfinished (even after overpaying). Dishonest and unethical bunch of people.

Kyle's Lawn and landscape has been taking care of all my yard work for years. i am very happy with their work. The crew is always very professional and polite. I recommend them without hesitation.

We are new to Baton Rouge and the home we purchased needed serious help with newly updated landscaping. Brad and team did an excellent job in design and we are looking forward to having them handle the monthly-upkeep. We highly recommend them.

Brad came right out and listen to what we wanted done to our flower beds. He addressed everything and made some suggestions. He emailed a quote to me within a couple of hours. I had a follow up question and he quickly replied. Booked the appointment. The crew showed up on time and got to work. Everything completed as desired and in a timely manner. Clean up was excellent. Almost as if they were not here. Flower beds look great. Crew was friendly and provided some tips for further maintenance. I highly recommend Kyle’s Lawn & Landscaping.

Hired Kyle and his crew to fix a drainage problem. They came in and fixed the problem created by another contractor and the end result is amazing. Plan to use Kyle in the future!
