I needed a key fob programmed for my vehicle. I called ahead, provided vehicle make, model, described the key fob, and was told a price. At my appointment he programmed the remote, then *doubled* the price claiming it was different than he thought! He said he was sorry that I misunderstood. The original price was based on very specific information I provided him over the phone so the misunderstanding was not mine. He finally agreed to reduce the price, but would not honor the original price he gave me. As I left he asked me to spread the word for his business. I certainly will, and the word is buyer beware because the price may double after the work is complete!
