Arrow Pest Control did a great job getting my house secured from termites! Jacob H. was very kind and clearly explained all of the work he was doing to our home. He even kept working in the middle of a storm that rolled through right as he showed up to our house! I appreciate that level of dedication! I highly recommend Arrow Pest Control!
Great customer service! Claire Kelly has been extremely helpful in assisting me explore my options for termite prevention. As a first-time homeowner, I had a ton of questions about termites, risks, and treatment options and Claire took the time to explain the steps to protect my home. This company was patient while I explored my options, which I greatly appreciated. I am certain that the installation process will be just as good as the service leading up to it! There is nothing better than great customer service assistance in a time love of need. Claire has always been a huge help when I’ve needed something; She is always patient, kind, informative and very knowledgeable which eases my mind when trying to figure out what I need. I could not be more thankful for her knowledge and how quickly she responds to a request. The follow up from her is probably my most favorite because it shows she truly cares and her attention to detail does not stop with just my phone call requesting services but her follow up actions is the sign of a true caring professional.

Joe Lewis showed up on time to the scheduled appointment. After identifying himself he did a thorough inspection around the house, included the addition we are currently engaged in. Later on, he courteously asked authorization to enter the house and inspect it, as well as a quick inspection to the attic. After finishing it, it took the time to explain us about the services they provide, as well as recognizing and applying some discount to us for being referred to Arrow by our son. Furthermore, he suggested us to call the company before the addition is finished to apply a pre-treatment to the wood in the framing.
All in all, the experience was pleasant and informative for us to make the decision.

Allison is great! She is very knowledgeable about the products she uses. Always professional and punctual. She is the only reason I continue to use Arrow services because she understands what good customer service should be. Great personality, professional, punctual and I can see the results of her work. She explains the products she uses and how it affects the pests as well as any risks it may have on your kids as well as the environment. If you want someone to respect and care for your property like you do, have them schedule Allison!

Maybe they will respond to me when I leave a bad review — I had an appointment scheduled with Arrow on 1/4/2024. I waited at home since we have a gate that is locked and I normally wait for the service technician to arrive and then unlock my gate, however the service technician did not come. Later in the night, I received an email from Arrow stating the service was completed and to pay my balance. In the past, previous technicians have knocked on the front door to let me know they are there and sled if the gate was unlocked and when they are done, they usually let me know to lock up and also provide me a slip of paper stating the work is complete. I had none of that on 1/4/2024. I called Arrow the next day explained what happened and the lady on the line apologized and rescheduled the service appointment for 1/10/24 from 8-10 am. On 1/10/2024, when the technician arrived at my house, he remained in his vehicle for a very long time. Not knowing when he will come to the front door, I came outside to tell him that I’ve unlocked the gate already. Once they technician was don’t with the job, he left a slip at my front door. When I went to lock up the gate, I saw that the handle from the outside was broken. I called Arrow customer service at 10:25am and asked who I can speak to about the issue. The lady on the line said I can talk to her manager and put me on hold, when she came back on the line she said the manager was speaking to someone else in her office and will call me back. I verified my contact information with the customer service representative and until today 1/15/2024, no one from Arrow has gotten back with me. My husband was able to fix the broken handle the same night within 20 minutes. I am in shock with the lack of care, customer service and lack of management from Arrow. I will probably take my business to another company in the future as the company.
