Had a gas leak in the line between the house and gas meter (on the weekend). Reliable Plumbing was recommended to us, so we gave them a call. They were very friendly and had someone (Jacob) come first thing Monday morning. He assessed the situation quickly and gave us a plan of action and estimate. We gave him the go ahead, and he had it repaired in a couple hrs. He just came back to check yesterday’s repair…all is well! Waiting now for Entergy to turn gas back on. I definitely would recommend RELIABLE…friendly, prompt, knowledgeable.

Jacob came to my house a couple of mths ago to fix a leak under my AC . Did a great job.i needed service again for something else .i asked for Jacob and he delivered an excellent job.. very knowledgeable, polite young man.. will call for him if I ever need service again.. I was pleased with their work. It was done in a professional manner and the crew were experienced. They quickly analyzed the problem (an under the slab leak of hot water) and made the appropriate connection (a by-pass) with minimal disruption to the house and to our daily routine. Our plumber was Eric Smith. Great job.

I've used Reliable Plumbing on a few occasions and I must say that I am very impressed. Jacob was extremely professional and he explained everything that he was doing. Him and his helper was at my home shortly after I called the company to get the job done and his work was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

They were very professional and respectful of me and my property. They walked me through the process making sure I understood what was going on. They thoroughly cleaned up after the job was complete. The work was written up in a detailed invoice that was easily understandable. I would use them again in the future if need be and I would definitely refer anybody to them.

I bought my 62 yr. old house Dec. 30, '19. Troubles abounded right from the beginning, called a plumber but was never happy with my bills or how they communicated. So, I called Reliable and now for over 3 years they have been my first call for plumbing work that has been plentiful. I feel as though I should own stock in this company by now. Always punctual, courteous, and most helpful. David the estimator has been awesome!

Eric was awesome! He called before his arrival. Gave quotes for the initial work needed to be done and possible quotes for after depending on the extent of the problem. He explained everything in detail (which is a plus for women). He completed the work in a timely manner and even gave a follow up call. Very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend. ?

The technician Paul was at my home before the scheduled time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The office communicate well with me. But, I paid $348 to have a sewer cable run through my kitchen sink drain line and for him to run water through my sink several times to test the lines for proper drainage. Other than the cost, so far I am pleased with the service.
