Constant lies and doesn’t show up when they say they will. Back and forth over 4 months on what was supposed to be a one week job. The work they did complete was good but they just never showed up to finish the other half the job. Also very hard to get in touch with.

UPDATE 4/1/24: It's been over a month since I left my original review that you can read below. I was contacted by Jabian immediately after leaving that review, and was assured that the remaining punch list items on the project would be installed within 1-2 weeks. They still have yet to be installed, and he again has stopped responding to me, or any of my colleagues' questions (we have sent 3 emails since early last week asking for an update with no response.) I have nothing personal against IDM signs or its owners, we are just looking for them to complete the project per the agreement that we had with them, as we are now several months out from when it should have been done. If/when the installation is completed, I will return here to update my review. I really liked Amy and Jabian after my company’s first meeting with them, and really wanted our business relationship to blossom, but unfortunately once we got a signed deal with them, it all went sideways. We agreed to do a LED project in Texas with IDM, and while the initial portion of the project went very well (they did an install that would normally take a week in only a day!), they had a few punch list items left to complete, and they’ve still yet to compete them (several months after the install.) My team has been badgering them for over 2 months now and they have completely gone ghost, leaving us with a partially finished project, and not even responding to tell us the material they used so we can finish the project ourselves. Their actions have jeopardised a valued business relationship of my firm, and they have personally cost me thousands of dollars in lost commission. It seems like other people have had better experiences with IDM, but unfortunately our experience has been quite poor. Also- I have all the receipts, so if they try and say this review is illegitimate, I’m happy to post on here corroborating evidence to back up my story. Like I said- I wanted this relationship to work, and I gave IDM every opportunity for it to do so, but unfortunately they weren’t able to live up to their end of the deal (I.e. delivering on a commitment to fully install a project, and responding to multiple calls/emails.)

The signs were sleek, durable, and had a polished finish that made them really stand out. I was really impressed with the craftsmanship and attention to detail.
