They are a very customer un-friendly business like returning calls, responding to complaints, etc
they installed many of our panels on the wrong roof. So we only get about half the kilo watt hours we should. That will cost us many thousands of dollars.
Their regional manager, accounting department and headquarters have not responed to us.
I know some employees have quit and it loks like they have closed their Baton Rouge offce.
I would not have made a contract with them if I had known then what I know now.
Aaron,Matt and Jacob arrived as expected, at 8:00am . They introduced themselves, answered my many questions, clearly explained the next steps of the process and got to work. They worked effectively as a team , completing by 12 noon - The heat index was 110. I was advised, The completed inspections from both Entergy and the city are required before the panels’ output can be utilized. The team represented the Green Light Solar company well in this installation phase .

Horrible experience they came to my house and installed the panels on the wrong section of my house. Then tell me I would have to pay for all charges. They should fix the mistake not me. Also the section that they installed on is not equipped to handle the weight it’s not built to handle the load that they put on it. It’s starting to bow. Flucking clowns I tell you.

Will start off by saying the installation crew was great. Quick and easy. They did leave a mess, but it wasn’t very much to pick up. However, if you need to contact this company ever, if you have questions or maybe problems, goodluck. I’m convinced they’re contact us phone number just goes to nowhere. After about a minute with any of the 4 options it will prompt with “we are experiencing higher than usual call volumes” and you are forced to either leave a voicemail, or get hung up on. This is all times of the day, for two weeks. And the number on the contract isn’t any better. Just a cannot complete your call prompt. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was impressed how quick green light got to me I am going Solar 37 400 Wt panels with the new IQ 5 P Battery’s and a generaq generator they had Aron and is helper installed my battery’s these guys did not miss a beat one full days and next day Josh came tie everything in after no mess cleaner then it was when they came I highly recommend Green lite I will be posting again after six months with copy of my bill I already added a photo’s but going to had street photo I would like to recognize Dalton and Bengimaman construction managers and Jessica pitete general manager and solar panel installers , I also want people know I went through Solar America Devin was my sell’s rep had a question he Han an answer same with green lite My system is awaiting final inspection the system will be energized, I wanted to make a correction , Josh helper is named Dalson not Dalton
I would love to add to my Review was not sure how my app would show my generator, Josh got the part needed to put my generator into the system he got in contact with Ryan from Enphase out of Lafayette , guys you can tell go way back they worked good together put system online tested it Generator does what it supposed to do only took them a few hrs then after testing was complete they had to turn system off until SLECA installs my net meter witch should be this up coming week.
Ok now all working ok well we got some heavy rain this week end walk the attic know leaks
Folks if you want to go Solar I would strongly recommend these guys here is photo of my app system is not on yet but here is what app looks like solar panels , Batteries and generator GREEN LIGHT SOLAR AS DONE THERE PART JUST AWAITING SLECA TO INSTALL NET METER
