WHITE PEOPLE STEALING BLACK PEOPLE LAND!!!!!!!
I hired L&L Land surveyors to establish land boundaries on a property that I have leased from a local family. The property has recently been involved in a land dispute, which was the reason they were retained. During the process the original land marker seems to have moved by them, which then benefited the other party involved in the dispute? Are they acting as dual agents for both parties? Even though they were contracted by me. This is totally unethical and breaches our contract. This company was hired in good faith for their expertise, but the service that I received was fraudulent!
If you need an honest professional survey done, this is not the company to hire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They are very friendly and they do their job well. I would not recommend any other than L&L for the job.

I would not recommend this company. I and another family member paid L&L for separate jobs. I was sent an invoice within 30 minutes after getting off of the phone with one of the owners, which I paid. A week or 2 passed, no markers, no communication, so I contacted L&L. I was told they were “trying” for a certain date .. the date passed, no markers, no communication… this happened 3 times for about 3 more weeks. Finally I told them I wanted a nailed down date that this would be completed or I wanted a refund .. coincidentally the same day they showed up. I told them i was not happy with the missed dates and lack of communication. I was told that it’s tough for them to give a date because they don’t schedule jobs, they just put folders out and their guys do them as they get to them .. so basically you pay and wait around until they get to it… that is a terrible way to do business.
As far as my family members job, they did 1/2 of it and it’s been months with nearly no communication for L&L’s part … they claim to be waiting on parish zoning, but that was supposed to have been approved over a month ago. They were paid in full and completed 1/2 of the work in 4+ months.. I’m pretty sure my relative has hired another company to complete the work scope.
In short these guys are quick to take your money and slow to complete your job. Also, don’t expect any communication or updates on their part.

Mr. DeWitt and his crew of surveyors were quick to provide a survey of my residential property. They were polite and professional. They provided prompt service and answered all my questions and concerns via email and text messages. They rapidly and accurately measured my land and provided a detailed map of the land and its improvements. I highly recommend L & L Land Surveying, LLC, for any survey needs in the Baton Rouge area. My family was extremely satisfied with their services.

Mr Dewitt did the boundary survey on our property , we've quoted at other companies and he gave us the best deal and we saved couple of hundreds , take a little bit because they are very busy + the Christmas holidays
but will hire them again in the future.

This company did a residential survey for me and did a great job. You may have to call more than once because they are really busy but they will get the job done. I thought the price was fair and the service was quick.
