It has been wonderful working with Andrew and his entire crew. From the moment we met him, he listened to the ideas we wanted of our backyard oasis, he was patient, kind, and really took his time to gather all of the information on the changes we wanted to see. Following this meeting, we were sent a virtual video of what our backyard would look like following the build out of our pool, allowing us to visualize the final results. Our expectations and the reality of what we received were perfectly matched! I would recommend anyone that is looking for a new pool to check out Elston Construction!

After searching the internet for local builders, doing our research and talking with people who recently built pools, we decided on Andrew. His website was user friendly and from asking around we knew he already had a great reputation. The very first day we met him, he spent a couple hours with us listening to our wants and even looking at all the pictures I had saved, he was so patient as we threw a hundred ideas at him. He was able to take everything we asked for and add some things to make it even better than we could have imagined. Andrew listens and was really easy to work with and talk too. He was here during every part of the process either working or overseeing everything. We now have one of the most beautiful pools in Shreveport-Bossier, we are beyond proud of how everything turned out!! We were sad to see him pull up his sign when it was all over, he came in as our builder but left as our friend. I would recommend him everytime!!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with our pool build. Andrew had great communication, organization, and work was quality when completed. He was the only builder who really took our yard, existing patio, and slope into consideration when designing. We signed our contract towards the end of Feb 2024 and were swimming May 17th. We are so glad we chose Elston Construction and love our pool!

Elston Construction Company has completed multiple renovation projects at my home over the past four years. The work is always top-notch and finished in a timely manner. In addition, I thoroughly enjoy working with Andrew. Not only is Andrew a great guy, but he is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and exudes a zen-like calm under pressure. I am thrilled with how my renovations have turned out, and Elston Construction Company will continue to be my first phone call when I need any type of construction or renovation done at my home.

The decision to build a pool is not one that we took lightly. Andrew Elston and the team at Elston Construction Co are very professional in the planning, construction, and now delivery of our pool. We absolute love the design and the timeliness of completion. I would not change one thing about my decision to build a pool using Elston Construction Co. If I could give them a 10 star-rating I would!

Couldn’t be happier with the whole pool experience. Andrew and his team did an awesome job from start to finish. From design (helped design pool around an existing stamped concrete patio) to balancing the water after completion. Even had a transformer fail on the first day with lights and they were quick to respond and replace. Did a great job of keeping site as clean as possible by putting up barriers during gunite and plaster installation. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I have been extremely happy with the work that was done on my new pool, by Elston Construction. With all the rain we had this spring they did everything possible to keep things moving (pumps in the ground where they dug, wall bracing to help stop the dirt from caving in) Andrew was always on top of calling me if there was a change in the schedule, or if he was running behind for an appointment. As a previous business owner that was much appreciated. People lack communication these days which can be very frustrating. I have had multiple things done on my new property (and old property) since I moved to Louisiana and I would highly recommend Elston Construction for not only their professionalism, their work ethic and responsiveness. But also for their kindness for a older lady that had lost her trust in people. I have had multiple companies since moving here be dishonest with me, I had little confidence I would be treated fairly but I was wrong. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for restoring faith in my fellow man kind. You went above and beyond. Sincerely Mrs. Carter
