Awesome company! They produced an outstanding sign for our business and the customer service was highly professional and was a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend them and plan to use them in the future.

Poor communications, lack of follow through. We have been trying to give them business since May... multiple attempts, NOTHING!!

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT BACK THERE WORK. ITS A BIG COMPANY AND YOU WOULD THINK THAT BUT NOT WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAD SOME WORK DONE ON A COMMERCIAL SIGN. THEY PUT ALL NEW TUBE LIGHTS AND BALLAST. AFTER 3 MONTHS THE SIGN PARTIALLY WENT OUT. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM TO CHECK IT. THEY SAID TUBE LIGHTS GO OUT ALL THE TIME SO I WOULD HAVE TO PAY. I SAID IF IT WAS A COMMERCIAL TUBE LIGHT IT WOULD DEFINITELY LAST LONGER THAN 3 MONTHS AND IF IT WENT OUT THAT MEANS EITHER THE WORK WAS NOT PROPERLY DONE OR THE LIGHT WAS DEFECTIVE. THEY REPLACED EVERYTHING ON THE INSIDE OF THE SIGN SO IF ANYTHING WENT OUT THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME AN EXCUSE. I SPENT OVER 3600 FOR THE WORK THEY DID AND THIS IS THE ANSWER I GET. I JUST WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW HOW THEY WORK. THIS ALSO IS NOT THE 1ST TIME I USED THEM. BUT WHEN A PROBLEM ARISES THEY WILL TURN THERE BACK ON YOU.
