My name is Regina H. I've had pest control service for about a year now with Arrow while living in Denham Springs. The technician who visited us today was the best so far. He was here perfectly on time, extremely courteous, practiced social distancing and covered. Incredibly efficient and thorough, Jorden W. gave us great care and also proved knowledgeable, offering a wealth of information about our pest situation and how best to prevent further issues from arising.
We're extremely grateful for his service and we hope all of our future experiences remain as consistent and wonderfully professional as our appointment today.
The initial treatment did not include everything that was in the quote for work; which meant I had to schedule a follow up appointment which was scheduled for the Friday after Thanksgiving. When no one showed up, I had to call to find out why and was informed that their technicians don't work that day. My follow up appointment is not for 3 weeks. I am not impressed and will not renew with them.

Michael did this service. He was very thorough spraying, sprinkling granules, getting into every crevice and under appliances. He also installed gel packs in cabinets. He went into the attic to sprinkle granules too.
I am very pleased with his service today.

Mr Aaron Lebeouf was very nice and very patience with answering all my questions. He did so in a very professional manner. He showed me all the products he would be using and the way he would be using them.
I would like to request that Mr Aaron is the technician who will be coming out and spraying at our home.
Please make sure to call my husband to let us know when you are in your way please.
Also, please let me husband know when you will be leaving.

Everyone that has come to my house from the initial inspector to the two different guys that sprayed around my house have all been great to work with. They have been friendly, professional, answered all my questions, worked with me on my schedule, and I think provide a good value.

I called in a frantic upon discovering carpenter ants shortly after the historic freeze of 2021. I was in a bad situation and Arrow responded in a huge way. They demonstrated flexibility in coming out the next day when I was due to leave town and by allowing me to keep my travel plans. Jarison was great and very professional and was thorough in his inspection of the source. I would definitely recommend this company.

Amazing company. We use Arrow for both our termite and pest control. Martha is the best !! Professional and organized, she’s very thorough and you can tell she takes great pride in customer service and quality. I’m so happy I decided to go with Arrow Termite and Pest Control. Rain or shine they’re always on time.
